“I had a great experience here. The team took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was wrong with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that they were honest and transparent about my options instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. They helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed first based on safety, which made it much easier to make a decision. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely looking out for their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future service.”

“Shout out to the staff here. My daughter attends CMU and had car issues. Calling around several places I felt most comfortable with Dagwoods. Tracy who I spoke with initially suggested we go with the assessment despite what the scan code showed. So glad we did this. Dagwoods could have taken us for a ride and we would not have known no different. What would have been a $1200 bill was significantly less. My daughter (despite not having a car for a few days) and I were pleased all the way around. Stand up business, and truly caring about the customers and not just making a quick buck.”

Due to your company's diligence, I came in to fix a tiny rust spot and found out a section was rusted through underneath the vehicle.
