“Shout out to the staff here. My daughter attends CMU and had car issues. Calling around several places I felt most comfortable with Dagwoods. Tracy who I spoke with initially suggested we go with the assessment despite what the scan code showed. So glad we did this. Dagwoods could have taken us for a ride and we would not have known no different. What would have been a $1200 bill was significantly less. My daughter (despite not having a car for a few days) and I were pleased all the way around. Stand up business, and truly caring about the customers and not just making a quick buck.”

Price was a 3rd of original quote. Got me in within minutes and out the door in just a couple short hours very friendly, and helpful staff. I will be returning for future repairs. And recommending Frakes to All my friends and family.
