Your helpfulness, trust, and expedient action regarding my recent account situation has been beyond anything we have experienced recently! I am VERY VERY happy to say we bank at Isabella Bank and WE APPRECIATE what you do! My Card was compromised (used) at 1:35 P.M on September 12th, Blocked by Isabella Bank at 1:36 P.M. (WOW!) and between the quick response of yourself, on behalf of Isabella, and the "agent" at eBay, all things were set aright within five days, including a SATURDAY! All that remained was for the provisional monies to be removed from our account, which has now been completed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The reality is that in today's age of technology, accounts will be compromised. However, I feel better knowing that I have a bank that takes that reality seriously and provides VIRTUAL ARMOUR for our money that we entrust to Isabella Bank! “Was 2 different sets of customers that should of been being helped in the offices instead of by the 2 counter people helping the lobby customers. Anything taking over 5-10 minutes should be directed to the offices instead of the counter. Waited about 25 minutes in line and was next in line. By the time I left the line was out the door. Office people were just sitting in there offices. Someone should of come out and opened another register.”
“I can't speak to Huntington Bank as a financial institution, as I don't have much experience in dealing with them. I primarily use 5/3, but my parents were lifetime Chemical Bank customers who briefly became PNC customers, and ultimately became Huntington Bank customers. When they both died and I took over their estate affairs, I spent A LOT of time in the Mount Pleasant branch working through things.
Something I noted on day one is the attention they pay to their customers. Nearly every person who walks in the door is greeted by name before even making it to the counter. Granted, with the prevalence and convenience of online banking, they likely don't see THAT many new faces in-branch anymore, but it really struck a chord with me. It wasn't more than a couple visits before I, too, was being welcomed by name as I came in the door.
Matt, in particular has always been very helpful and understanding in the many times I've visited. He even remembers my brother's name and details I've shared about him. I'm happy where I'm at, but wouldn't hesitate to use their banking if I ever felt the need to change institutions.”

“good employees that are very helpful and remember their customers on site most of the time. helpful in any situation, no matter how minor. it may feel like a small town bank, and it acts as such, but it provides HUGE benefits to the communities its in.i use to go with my grandmother to the one in shepherd and they always remembered her name. also the suckers help while im waiting.”
