“Had a nice experience with Cody at the Mt. P. Store yesterday. I had completely locked my self out of my Samsung galaxy 35 -5 g phone. Having exhausted all the resources I knew of, online resources, u-tube , friends and family. I'm not very techknowledgable!
I was referred to the B.+ store.
I have been forwarned that a default reset coul loose everything that had not been backed up!, I had not done that...
After a few tweaks Cody was able to get in, helped me with Biometric stuff and checked on contacts etc. ALL HAD BEEN STORED IN THE Cloud.!,,
