Rob, Dana, Jack, and the whole team were amazing. They helped me get new tires on my Jeep Wrangler and took great care of everything. They even rewired my license plate light for free as a thank you for getting tires with them. I stayed while they worked on my Jeep, and everything went smooth with no problems. Super helpful crew and really good service!

I brought my car to Belle Tire for new tires, and they told me I needed an alignment. My car had no pulling issues, and the steering wheel was straight before their service, but I trusted their recommendation. My mistake.
After they performed the alignment, my car immediately began pulling hard to the right, and the steering wheel was noticeably crooked when driving straight — issues that did not exist before. I returned and took time off work to bring the car back so they could recheck it. They did correct it the second time, but the point is that their first alignment was done incorrectly, and I don’t believe I needed an alignment in the first place.
When I politely asked for a refund — since I paid for an alignment that created a problem and had to come back to have it fixed — the employee was extremely condescending and dismissive. He insisted their alignment “lasers can’t be wrong,” which isn’t accurate. If everything were “perfect,” my car would not have left the first time with a crooked steering wheel and a strong pull to the right.
Rather than acknowledging the mistake or the inconvenience of me having to return, he talked down to me and refused a refund because they had “already done the alignment twice,” even though the first alignment was their mistake and the second was just correcting it. Not once did I get an apology for the mistake or my wasted time and gas.
I was polite throughout the entire conversation, but I left feeling disrespected and unheard. They did eventually get the alignment right, but it should never have been a problem to begin with, and the customer service was very poor. Do not go to this location for an alignment.

Took my car too get new brakes put on but after only one day the brake pad for my front tire fell off. Not only that but when I went to get it put back on, they told me it would only take a couple of minutes. Well after getting my car again the brake pad fell off a second time after I had just left! Awful Service!

PLEASE READ! The Mt Pleasant Belle Tire team is exceptional. They took good care of me and when a minor issue came up during repair, they took care of it for me at no extra charge. They even drove me home so I could sleep for my night shift. I am very grateful for the wonderful service I got this week. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

I went online and ordered a tire that said it would be available on 10/7. I set up an appointment for 1:00 p.m. on 10/7 for my daughter to go get her new tire. When she arrived for her appointment they took her keys and brought her car back took it up on the lift. About 35 minutes later they informed her that the tire wasn't at the shop yet. And that it would be there around lunch time usually. Online it didn't say anything about the tire being available around lunch time on 10/7 I said it was available on 10/7. When I called and asked these questions the man on the phone was very short and rude and said there was nothing he could do that he was at the mercy of the vendor. When I asked if I could get a refund he said yes absolutely and hung up on me. He could have told my daughter at 1:00 that the tire wasn't there but still insisted on wasting her time telling her that it was going to be there around lunch time and that she could wait or leave and they would call her. I'm pretty sure the tire was never ordered in the first place in the lack of professionalism throughout the whole establishment is ridiculous. Thanks for wasting her afternoon and losing out on the money that I had already paid for the tire. Also my daughter said that he laughed at me after he hung up on me. Neither I nor her were offered an apology we are just treated as if we were irritating him.

Went in tire rotation and a check engine light. And a ticking noise They gave me a code and i had to look up code on google. but for 150.00 they will check out what's wrong with it. So I paid it I watched him inspect it. he said manifold 4 o2 sensers and caytalic converter was bad 4000.00 + doller. I said wow. I Took it for a second option witch was free. And he took me under the car no cracked manifold o2 was good and Cayatlic converter was good I had bad lifters. Got it fixed jeep is running great. I will not be going back not for free air.

Timeliness with work is seriously lacking. Even with an appointment my car sat parked for 25 minutes before being brought into the bay. Then they patched a nail hole and rotated my tires. When it was pulled out of the bay it sat in the parking lot another 10 minutes before they called on me to complete my transaction to leave.

First time here and totally not impressed...ordered and paid for tires on 8 September, order stated be available on 10 September and scheduled appointment for 12 September at 9am. Arrived prior to appointment, vehicle not taken in until 9:30am. Just before 10am I was informed tires not there. Said they have a highway tread tire available, declined...if I wanted highway tread I would have ordered them. It took 30 mins after my vehicle went in to find out my tires not available??? Now they state will be in on Monday...if experience is different on Monday, I will update my review...but as of now, not good.

Workers will sit there and lie to your face. Asked on phone and drop off for alignment check. Upon calling for pick up I asked how the alignment was. Worker had stated everything was good with no issues. Asked for dialysis of alignment and they were speechless. Saying I never asked for one! What kind of business are they running. Also driving down road and notice neither one of my wipers were installed correctly after windshield replacement
