Brought my 97 Suzuki quad runner 250 to Central motorsports dealt with Nick and Chris. What a great experience nobody could figure out what was wrong with. It took it to two different places central motorsports figured it out fixed it highly recommend very professional.

My winch module on my Yamaha quad stopped working. I could not operate my winch so I took it to them for repair. There was a wire disconnected and they just hooked it up for me. They did not even charge me for such a simple repair. These folks could have legitimately charged me a service fee but would not charge me for such a simple repair job. That meant a lot to me that they are not out to charge people just because they can. Obviously they have to charge for more serious repairs but it was kind of them to just send me on my way. The service manager and assistant service manager did the repairs themselves. Very friendly people and extremely knowledgeable.

Stopped on a Thursday afternoon to see if they could get my 2020 Honda Pioneer 1000 in for service. They said they could and got it in and done by Friday mid afternoon. Very informative and helpful with answering my questions. Friendly staff and quick turn around.

Great experience with the staff and the mechanics. Multiple issues with my Honda side-by-side due to neglect and overuse. Understood every explanation they had. They repaired both mechanical and electrical problems and I'm back rolling. Very grateful.

We had $3,900 worth of engine work done on our General. When it gets done after being in the shop for months I unload it off the trailer. The machine is making all kinds if new noises. I start looking around. The center council is missing several screws and is flopping all over. The belt cover housing has been bent out of shape and is rubbing the clutch. The engine bay is covered with oil and antifreeze. The machine reeks of antifreeze anytime you run it. Oily hand prints all over the seats and machine. It's pretty disappointing that for almost $4,000 this is what you get back.

This business is incredible! The people who work there are Ultra professional and great communicators. I had a problem with an old ATV and thought it was headed for the junkyard. They told me they could get it working and we worked together gather the parts and make it run. The rates are very affordable and I will never take any of my off-road vehicles anywhere else!

I was told it would take 2 weeks before they could look at it. I called at 2 weeks and they had no idea what machine was mine since the check in person never matched up the machine to me. I called back 4 times after that during the next 10 days and was promised a update call. No one bothered to call back. Finally after my 5th call they said there was no overheating issue. I picked it up today and am 265.00 poorer. To top it off I had to wait for them to find the key. Very disappointing.
