Chipotle in Mount pleasant Michigan is not new customer friendly, I had no idea what any of the words meant, I asked if they had a menu I could look at to get an idea of what they were and the dude points up to the board,really dude like I didn't see it or something. Not new customer friendly

My local Chipotle has a Wednesday bowl special that I love to go to. I believe the logo is something like fast food fresh, and it is all of that, while also being exceptionally delicious. I do wish they had a sauce that was actually habanero...

I’m gluten intolerant, employee told me they were out of bowls and asked if a burrito was okay, I told them no and walked out. I couldn’t believe they were out of bowls so I ordered online and 10 minutes later my bowl was in a bag on the shelf.

Super annoying every time I go in there at night one of the workers gives you practically a small scoop of food. When I go there during the day my bowls actually full, most of the time. Put more SC on it than anything else combined. Came home and added more cheese lettuce and salsa on myself.. any other chipotle I go to actually fills up the bowl, too. The person behind me has to ask for more of everything too. The workers are nice but just very annoyed.

Super skimpy on everything supposed to be 4oz servings always out of quad at like 6pm employees look like they don’t want to be there. I suggest doing more prep in the morning to avoid angry customers as well as teaching your line staff about the proper serving sizes.

I preordered and paid through the app. Food has NEVER been ready at the designated time. Tonight, food wasn't there and I was told NO orders had come through including what I ordered. After nearly 15 minutes, another customer brought back the Oder she was given because it wasn't her food. It was mine! What happened to "we didn't receive or make an order like that??" The food had been opened by the other customer and it was not offered to be remade, replaced, or rectified. The original bag also didn't have the security seal that it is supposed to have to ensure it hadn't been tampered with after it had been made. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
