Atmosphere and service ratings are explained below...Not sure why they have both an app and a website. Went through the entire ordering process on the app...proceeded to pay, then said unable to do so because of errors; call or use website.Begrudgingly went to website to place order...got to the end to pay, and was told that unable to complete the order; call to place order.VERY frustrating and a complete lack of customer service and convenience.Why is there a site or app if neither is going to allow the customer to utilize? Or at least tell the customers up front that the app and / or site are experiencing issues before sending the customers down rabbit holes, only to experience what I did.Not a satisfied customer at all!Good thing there is a multitude of pizza restaurants in town to choose from the next time we are in the mood for pizza!

Sometimes they get it right. Sometimes they get it wrong lol. But I will say that they are always willing to make it up if they do mess up which is not always the case with other places. One time they messed up on our pizza. We didn't even know it. We had to wait just a few minutes longer and got a free 2 liter of soda. Very nice people . Food is pretty good. Typical dominoes but sometimes on the pan pizzas they don't cook them long enough sometimes.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and I got meat in my pizza. This is the second time in 2 weeks. I was a regular customer at dominos for so many years. But, this is the last time I’ll be ordering from Dominos. I’m very disappointed.

Pizza was hard and bland. After seeing it on TV so much I really had hopes that this pizza was gunna be good... but it was not. And the cinnastix weren't that great either. They were too hard to enjoy... the crust was and bland. I probably won't be eating here willingly again.

We order from here regularly and the food is always made quickly and always delicious. The delivery drivers are awesome as well. Heck, one evem helped me catch my dog that took off on me right before that arrived. Great place.

Nobody in our family is ever impressed with the food. My kids wont even eat plain pepperoni pizzas from Dominos anymore. Last time we ordered, more than half of the 2 medium pizzas we ordered were thrown away afterward. My 9 year old said, "Isn't cheese supposed to be white?"

My daughter has Celiac's Disease and they (according to her) have the best GF pizza she's ever had.They only have one table in the place. It worked for us, but kind of a bummerDietary restrictions: Celiac friendly!

I'm highly disappointed due to the fact that I paid for the mix and match the only thing that was right about this order was the message that was on the box. I placed an order at 2:15 p.m. yesterday for a mix and match deal two topping pan pizzas one being black olives and sausage the other being pineapple and bacon. When I arrived home from my shift at 11:45 p.m. I was notified and saw with my own eyes that the pizzas were not properly prepared even though they were given 4 hours in advance for a time-sensitive order that was supposed to be delivered to my address by 7:00 p.m. I did stop into the store around midnight to ask what the issue was and why we couldn't relay circumstantial information accordingly I asked why I didn't get a receipt I asked what had happened in between my phone call and the delivery because this is inappropriate behavior. I also said since it's Halloween and I got a bunch of tricks where is my treat at you want to explain to a 6-year-old why she didn't get a dinner that she asked for. I'm beyond disgusted I'm still waiting on my reversal to process in my bank account if I have to I will dispute the charges. The last time I had this big of an issue was over 5 years ago when they wrote a very vulgar message on my pizza box stating that if I wanted it made a certain way I could find do it myself. I stated to the woman that was acting as manager who was wearing a Cleopatra costume last night this was not the first time that I've had a huge issue at this location, I didn't understand what the malfunction was and if she could break it down and explain it to me and give me a good excuse as to why something happened this way when they had over 4 hours to make sure things were made appropriately and to the specified requested toppings. I would love to understand how people aren't able to read a screen unless they are under the influence of something. It looked like someone that had smoked a massive blunt made my pizza. I have worked in food, a majority of the time when things aren't reiterated correctly it is because someone is under the influence of something whether it's drugs or alcohol I have watched it happen. I'm beyond disgusted and appalled when I purposely went in there to ask what the malfunction was and why things panned out the way they did I would have been better off playing where's Waldo. I have nothing nice to say about this store right now I would have had a better time ordering a hot and ready pizza because I at least I would have known what I was signing up for. As a parent who has a child that is exceedingly specific with tastes smells textures I think it's hugely inappropriate to send a child something that they know their parents know that they're not going to eat. I truly hope that they feel proud of their mishap because I'm not. to be honest I don't feel like ever calling this store again after being played dumb with. Going in at midnight oh we can't find the order are you sure you ordered here do you have your receipt it almost feels as if this whole scenario was planned. I would like to know what the major malfunction is I would like a rational explanation as to why if you are given four hours to make sure that something is prepared to its specified topping why they can't be done correctly the first time. I don't understand how you can mess something up when you have four hours not to do so. Anyone else that's reading this just go to Little Caesars at least they'll treat you better. It might be a crummy pizza but at least they treat you better

They used the same cutting tool with out washing it for all pizzas gross they do it up front for all to see not cool won't be ordering for them again
