2019 GMC 3500 dually with flatbed and headache rack. 8" of clearance and tech refused job. Said flatbed had to be removed for them to install glass. He was more than happy to do the insurance glass on my 2020 equinox. All about the easy jobs.

Friendly, professional, and took great notes from my somewhat lengthy instructions. I was happily surprised that they were already following up on replacing my windshield before I even called to remind them about the appointment, about a week after setting it up.

We would not use again. The company that installed the new glass panel in the west door was very rude about receiving their payment. They wanted their money up front. This was not at a residence. They never indicated this policy ahead of time and their secretary was very rude about receiving their check. She was rude to me and left me a very course message for our B & G department which they didn't appreciate . Our policy of payment requires payment after we have received an invoice.

Had windshield installed while I was at work. Noticed wind noise/flapping noise when on interstate. Wally came back and installed a new windshield, making good on the warranty - and within a few days from the initial installation too. It is nice to know there are companies out there that follow through and back up their work! Thank you!
