Had my vehicle less than a year and a bunch of chipped paint is coming off my hood! Its a 2016 should not be happening, they don't care to fix it. Also had engine trouble thank goodness that was under warranty and they only gave me 1 set of keys ..... other than that they were okay

All bad. Service writer was a lying crook. Mechanic didn’t know his electrical and fried my ecm, batteries, and fuse block. Service manager was called and emailed a dozen times and did nothing but said she’d get back to me. Please think twice before allowing Graff Chevrolet to do any work on your vehicle.

Update 2/22: I was contacted shortly after I posted my review below on google about receiving a free oil change as an apology for the poor experience I had. I scheduled the service on the phone with the woman who called me. When I was brought my vehicle back, after they were finished, I was asked to pay. When I expressed that the service was supposed to be free, the guy asked who I had scheduled the services with. After three months, I no longer remembered what her name was. He went to the back to check on it. When he came back he said they would comp the service this time but next time I would need to remember the name of the person I talked to. The way he said it made it sound like they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful they weren't going to make me pay for a service they told me would be free. I should not have to provided documentation of an offer for free services when they called me to make the appointment. Especially when it's supposed to be in compensation for a poor experience in the past. I can not express how truly and deeply disappointed and angry I am with the service I've received and the experience I've had. -------------------------------------- November 2020 I was having an issue with a piece of trim coming up on my car that I had already had fixed once. I brought this issue up at a recent oil change and they scheduled me an appointment to get it fixed. When I brought the car in, I waited over 30 minutes and was then told that nothing had been done because they didn't have the glue they needed. I can understand a little mix up like that normally. But I had this same issue with the same piece of trim a year ago. That time I waited over 45 minutes for someone to tell me they didn't have the correct parts to fix it. It took three visits to fix the issue the first time and even then I had the take it in again a year later for the same problem. The staff are always nice enough but there seems to be poor communication between the people who schedule the appointments and the mechanics who fix the cars. Why would you schedule me an appointment without having the parts to fix the problem? Why would no one check before I come in, waste my time sitting in the lobby, only to have nothing done to fix the issue I'm having?
