I walked in with photos of what I wanted I expressed that I was trying to grow out my previous style. She either didn’t listen or doesn’t have the skills needed to cut hair but she cut over an inch off all over and left me a cut I don’t like and don’t ask for. I also asked for a razor cut and she only used scissors.
A bad experience that left me with a haircut I am not comfortable with and because it is to short I can’t properly fix it.

Great Service, Just a Bit Long
Overall, a great experience! They fit me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. The haircut was $19, which is pretty standard, with a $2 Military/LEO discount. I was there for a little over an hour, which was longer than expected, but Renee did a great job. Solid service—I’d come back again!

I had one of the worst haircut experiences today. I booked an appointment online for 5:20 PM and was given a 50-minute wait time. I arrived at the salon 13 minutes early and waited for 10 minutes before the stylist started my haircut on time.
I showed him a picture of the style I wanted, but he completely messed it up. The cut was uneven and didn’t look anything like the style I requested. I gave him my honest opinion and told him I wasn’t happy with it. His response? “This is Great Clips—we’re supposed to cut hair in 15 minutes, not focus on proper styling or satisfaction.” I felt it’s very rude and disrespectful.
I’ve had my hair cut at this place before, but I’ve never had such a worst experience. I’m never going back. Just wanted to share my experience.

EDIT: They finally got back ahold of me, talked to the assistant manager and she had me come in and did her best to fix the haircut.
asked for a very specific type of hair cut, even showed a picture, and they messed it up HORRIBLY. MY HAIR STILL LOOKS AWFUL. called them 4 times no one picked up. called corporate, have been getting a runaround for almost a full week. I will NEVER come to this garbage place again.
