This place is unorganized. Lady told me she's gonna call me back. 1 day IND a street days later. Never heard from him. I'd find some place else to do my taxes.

Margaret is fantastic, but her supervisor and his supervisor just don't care. Taxes "stuck" in their computer system for 16 days, two additional appointments made and arranged because we were told the taxes are ready to complete, and a fourth trip to actually complete them because the first three they were still stuck, many phone calls not returned from the Mt Pleasant locations manager Jim and his manager Dan.......Thankful Margaret gave daily updates. Thanj you Margaret. Shame on you H&R Block and your Mt Pleasant, MI. management staff.

Very expensive place to get taxes done. Not planning on a return visit for next year. Almost peed myself when they told me the price after it was all done.
