I've been with this clinic since I moved to Mt. Pleasant and it's been a very pleasant experience0m. I like that they treat cats only, and Dr. Lindstrand and the staff are caring and thorough

My Thorbug got extremely sick and I took him in on the Saturday right after Thanksgiving as an emergency visit. Dr. Lindstrand was so kind and gentle with Thor, who was diagnosed with CKD, and helped us formulate a plan of action. Thor ended up needing to be hospitalized there, and EVERYONE took such amazing care of him AND myself. They let me see him as much as I wanted. They were all gentle and loving towards him and all the cats I saw them interact with, even the spicy ones. Dr. Lindstrand and her team showed their heart and commitment towards the cats they help and showed how important each life that they come in contact with is to them. My Thorbug was too sick to make it, but we all tried our hardest to save him. When it was time to humanely euthanize him, Thor was relaxed in their presence, (which meant so much to me.) They let us be in a room that had sun beams, which was one of Thor's favorite things. It was a very quick and gentle death, with lots of tears shared among us all. Every single person there was so compassionate to our plight and explained everything so well. Unfortunately, it was just Thor's time to enter Valhalla, but Dr. Lindstrand and her team forever have our heart and immense gratitude, and most importantly, our trust.

Do not go to this vet. I brought my cat in and dr. Linstrand told me that she needed surgery within 24 hrs or her bladder would burst. When i couldnt fork up 1500 for the surgery, She advised me to surrender her to hats because of "something that happened during her spay performed by them" I surrendered my cat and found out later all she had was a UTI. Thankfully i was able to get her back but those 2 weeks i didnt have her were the absolute worst. She scared me into giving up my cat and traumatized me all because i couldnt afford a surgery my cat didnt even need.

Worst place!!! Before they will even make an appointment you have to fill out forms that are NOT up to date technology and pay 50.00!!!!! There is no one else any where that requires payment before you walk in. What a joke!!!!

Amazing staff! I had called to take my cat back in after over a year (financial difficulties) and they got him back in no problem. When I had accidentally left his emergency vet records at home, he was taken into a room while I ran home and got them. They kept up his meds he was prescribed at the EV and prescribed an iron supplement. Now he's happy, healthy, and thriving. I cannot recommend Isabella Cat Clinic enough!

Isabella Cat Clinic is the only place in Mount Pleasant you should be taking your cat(s). Everybody from the head vet to her co workers. Everybody that works here is super positive and made the entire experience very smooth and simple. These people care about the animals and it’s very clear. Again, this is the only place in Mount Pleasant you should be taking your cats.

It was our fist visit- my cat wasn’t too sure of the place and didn’t like the mice they had in the cage in her room (I know, kind of strange that she didn’t like the mice lol). The staff was very patient with her and letting her warm up to them. The Dr gave me a tour of the entire clinic. They gave me a binder at the end to keep all of her records and they gave her a catnip toy which she loved, when we got home! They took care of us like we were family, not just another patient! They even have cats there that are up for adoption. They have a cat that walks around ❤️. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

If you want a vet's office that will treat your cat like they treat their own pets, look no further. They gave my elderly cat, Ollie, a fighting chance and made the last months of his life as blissful as they could be. When the time came for us to say goodbye, they comforted my family and me through their cremation services and handwritten condolences card. I adopted my next (and current) cat, Cricket, from the clinic shortly after that. She is truly a blessing, and I consider myself incredibly lucky to have her in my life. Every time we go in for a visit, the staff treat her like she's their own cat. But I know from having overheard conversations that they treat ALL their patients like that. These people go above and beyond for their patients and provide exceptional service to a degree I haven't seen in any other vet's office, and I've seen a few, having spent my whole life with dogs and cats. Their quality of care and vast exPURRtise are worth every penny!
