Website stated the pharmacy would be open until 6:00 pm Christmas Eve. When I get there @ 5:00 pm sign says closed at 2:00 pm. Poor customer service!!

I get a text from Meijer Pharmacy telling me that my prescriptions are ready before I leave the Drs office. You can't get better than that.

They never have all my scripts on the same day. I live a half hour away and sometimes takes 3 trips to receive all of them. I have had to go without my Diabetic meds for 2 weeks from them not having the medication.

Jodi who works for the pharmacy, she’s usually in the drive thru is SO rude. Everything you ask her seems to be an issue. She’s very short. She acts agitated every single time I come to get a script. And I’m so kind to her. It’s disheartening. If you don’t like your job, find something else that doesn’t work with people.

When I solely use their automated system to refill prescriptions, it’s generally fine. If I need to talk to the pharmacy on the phone, that can be more difficult because sometimes it either takes a long time for anyone to pick up, or no one answers, during business hours.

I’m quite upset at their choice of changing manufacturers to save $ .. My normal pill I never had an issue with but now I get a different style and it’s very powdery and dissolves too fast so I often choke on it or it gives me terrible reflux every single night. Will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere now.

Tech do not know what they are doing. I was told two commercial insurances are NEVER billed together. This is wrong. If they tell you can’t apply both insurances to one prescription they are lying to you.

If you have nothing better to do, are able to make multiple trips for one prescription, have time to sit in line for 20 plus minutes EVERY time you have to pick up a prescription..... then this is the perfect pharmacy for you! If I could give Meijer Pharmacy a 0 star, I most definitely would!

Refused to give covid test after waiting 45 min in line. Was in line at appointment time. Said I was late. Even though voucher says to wait in line even if late. Talked to manager and she said there reader was full. So pharmacy lied.

This place has gone down hill. Scripts are being sent out until next day unless you call and tell them you need it asap. They are not billing insurances like they should be. What the hell Meijer??
