Order pickup is a total run around. Go all the way to the back of the store to begin. Crabby manager gives me part of my order and informs me they will NOT pull my lumber for me (not sure what that means). Then, I receive mumbled and confusing instructions about stopping at some desk on my way out and pulling around back somewhere. When I get to the gate, I have two slips, neither of which seems to be what I need to get into the lumber area. The saving grace of this experience was the personnel in the lumber barn who professionally helped me get what I needed. But, alas, they did not have everything in stock. So, it's another trip inside being sent from one desk to the next to get a refund issued. My least favorite part of going into this store is how employees avoid eye contact, I think, to avoid having to answer questions or help. My advice is to NOT preorder. My experience was not great.

This Menards is one of the few terrible stores. Usually Menards are wonderful and helpful stores; not this one. I called to verify the lumber was in stock before I made the 1+ hr drive. They said it was and my best options was to pre-order and just pick up when I arrived. I followed their advice and then drove all the way to Mt Pleasant. Not only did they have zero in stock, they further compounded the situation by making me walk the diagonal of the store 4 times(!) because the lumberyard computers can't communicate with the return computers for reasons known only to the gods. Everyone acted like it was my fault for believing them when I called. Avoid this Menards at all costs or you too can waste your time, money, and energy.

I am disabled and my husband and I stopped here to shop and was not able to do so because their 2 handicapped carts were both out of order.

We have shopped here for years and have always been happy with the products & employees. Today was the best day ever with them though! We had purchased a beautiful Criterion glass/ceramic top oven there almost two months ago for $800. We have absolutely loved it! Then, two days ago, for no apparent reason after having cooked dinner, we noticed spidery type cracks in the cook top. Menard’s exchanged this product for us with no hassle! The gentleman who assisted us was super nice, too! We will always go there first.

Shelves are not stocked
I have to run around to find help. Items not priced staff has to do a "speial" price ck and run around to get a price. Garden plants are not taken care of as should be. Cashiers are always wonderful and friendly when trying to goof around with just to make their day more enjoyable
