Possibly one of the worst automotive experiences I’ve ever had. I had a throttle body replaced in May 2023. With this, the technician had to replace the pigtail going to the tps because the new throttle body had a different female end. As of a week ago my car was throwing codes for throttle position sensor. Took it in last week and they diagnosed it as bad wiring and charged me $92. After I personally inspected the wiring coming from the pigtail, their technician did a terrible job splicing the wiring and left exposed wires. Today I took my car to them fix their work and the technician, who I will add did an excellent job, brought me into the shop to show me the work that was done. I then, with the service advisor standing next to me, asked him if the only issue he had found was with the pigtail that had been put on in May. To which he showed me what he had replaced, that being the area where the wiring had been initially spliced. The tech then confirmed the only issue was two exposed wires from where the previous tech had spliced them in May. After going back to the service desk the service advisor then tried to tell me I had to pay another $92 for the new technician to fix the work the last guy screwed up. She went on to say that there was a different exposed area, after the tech had shown me what he fixed, with her standing next to me. I then had to argue with her the fact that they only fixed a previous mistake and that I shouldn’t be charged anything because the work should be warrantied. Although, she was still attempting to say a wire in a different location was exposed. With this she then didn’t charge me anything. Although, I’m still out $92 from last week when I initially brought it in for them to tell me I had a wiring issue from the terrible job the previous tech had done in May. Moral of the story, the technician that worked on my vehicle this time did a great job. On the other hand, Teresa who works in their service department attempted to charge me almost $200 for the work that was done incorrectly in the first place. With this, it would probably be a good idea when trying to scam someone that you don’t bring the customer out to the shop to have the guy who did the work tell you one thing while the service advisor attempt to say there was an issue in another location.

Went in to discuss an issue after being told it was normal. She found out right away this was an issue others had had. Made a timely appointment as we are living in our motorhome and in the area a short time.Issue fixed in the allotted time, although notes indicate not much room left for adjustment.**My hood visibly bounced and semis going the opposite direction could lift it enough to set off the auto start warning light.

Everything was great until I walked in and dealt with the man behind the counter. I wish I remembered his name. He acted like I wasn’t very important and literally told me that he can’t tell me when it was gonna be done due to everyone on lunch. Which was fine. Everyone needs lunch. The one I originally spoke with that also had a daughter in college was super nice and he’s the reason I came to do my business with you.But all together I was satisfied with your service.

Not an awful experience but did take I'd say an unreasonable amount of time to make a deal being over 4 hours. Overall happy with the end outcome and the agreement we made love our new to us Wrangler! Thanks Salantino!

One star is not enough.. Service department is not. Had repairs done about 2 months ago or so and never test drove it and said ready. Had drained all of my power steering fluid for reason not tol and car had metal grinding and sounded like a vaccuum. Drove back in and jept it another day. Next day had to drive all the way back then charged almost 1400 when my part was 184. That was fixed . Couple weeks later my airco ditioning doesnt work when worked before were cutting things underneath. I was sold a warranty that other dodge dealers never heard of so back again i go. Now warranty if full bumper to bumper warranty. We were told warranty said no! I oweed $432, refused to call warranty to find put why. I paid so cops were not called. I have talked to maybe 4 people in sales saying send to someone else because warranty covered the work and dont know why was charged. Called and left message for a Terry or jerry and never heard back. Now on week 3 of ladt call. Now on to better business bearue

The detail I received on my vehicle this time was very poor. I could still see marks on my dashboard, the trunk wasn't touched, things were wiped down poorly. In addition, I brought my jeep in with about 97k miles. The sticker is mistaken and says I shouldn't have my next oil change until 112k. Likely a simple mistake; however, when compiled with other components of a poor detail this was a poor experience.
