I went there to get my nails done for my wedding. Annie is the sweet lady to do them. She made the experience wonderful and made my nails look fabulous. Sje alsp waxed my eye brows too. I would highly recommend going there.

I have hair under my polish and the art was rushed. I asked for marble design and I got messy squiggles instead. The place was beautiful though.

I have only been to this nail salon three times now. First two times were first scheduled appointments. The third time was so they could fix my gel polish that did not set correctly and that wasn’t even done correct. When I brought it to my service providers attention that I was not happy with spending $95 for very shotty work. The pedicure was the only thing worth paying for, but the polish the clipping and the shaping for my toenails was absolutely awful. Not only did none of my toes with gel polish fully cure, but they almost immediately started to bubble up, and then I found out from my regular nail girl that that is actually quite damaging to your skin and to your body because you can develop allergic reactions. The polish on my fingernails was so thick that you could see how thick it was spread on And it just wasn’t a very good polish job on top of it. I don’t believe I should’ve been charged for a fill, or any of the gel polish services, yet I was refused a refund other than $15. I recommend finding an independent nail tech and avoid this place. So not only did I end up spending $95 for really awful work, and that was even going in for a Fix on the original job which still ended up bad, But I also had to pay somebody else to fix Nail Parlor’s mistake Because I didn’t wanna trust them again after having gone in already. I kept being asked to come back in and come back in and come back in. That is not something any business should ever do to a customer. Very disappointed and really expected more. I will stick with Salons that care about their clients And honor their work and if they can’t, they should refund.
The only reason I’m even giving a two star rating is because the first time I went in about a month and a half ago my nails didn’t turn out too bad. They weren’t perfect like I am used to, but they weren’t bad either.

I get my brows done by Annie and she is the ONLY person that makes my brows look AMAZING. I live in Lansing and come here to get my brows done because of how good she is :)

I got my nails done by Annie for the second time and she did amazing just like the last. She gave me great tips on how to properly take care of my nails and shaped my nails perfectly how I like them. She waxed my eyebrows as well. I explained to her that I have sensitive skin and she gave me great tips on how to avoid breakouts when it comes to waxing and also took proper steps to avoid a breakout. My experience with Annie was nothing short of amazing! I definitely recommend getting your nails and waxing done by her. Here are some picture of her work.

He was willing to re-paint my nails 3 times to make sure I liked them and now they are exactly what I wanted.

Five stars isn't enough; I'd give this place a 10/10 rating every time!! I came in this morning with some (might I say rough) partially removed acrylic nails, and within an hour, Annie had me looking right again with a beautiful new full-set! She even took extra time past my appointment to ensure my designs were perfect!!

Great price, I got a gel manicure for $25! So pretty and a nice job. I did have to wait even with a scheduled appointment, but the staff were so friendly, I really didn't mind.

Ouch!!! He cut my nails way too deep multiple times! My hands still hurt. He was super apologetic which I appreciate but ....I just can't get over it. He still charged me full price too. I recommend going somewhere else that won't make your fingers bleed. It won't let me insert a picture or I'd show you my bloody nails.
