Been going to this salon for a few years and love it. My stylist Amanda always knows what I want and does an outstanding job delivering. I hadn't had a balayage done in a while and was unsure but she knew exactly how to keep it natural and true to my skin tone. Turned out amazing and I'm so thankful!

I've been going to Kate for years for full highlight and color. She is THE BEST!!! She takes amazing care and keeps my hair looking like it's still naturally sun kissed blonde. She's also very sweet. Couldn't recommend her more highly! The entire staff at Niki Moon is always friendly and accommodating. I love getting my hair done there.

My stylist Amanda is the best ... I love how she listen to what I want and make it happen every single time. When I first met Amanda I was nervous about getting my first balayage, but Amanda was very patient in answering my all queries and helped me understand different styles, hair textures, and colors. She dyed my hair fantastically and she also educated me about balayage aftercare.

Krista at Niki Moon is so professional and kind. She does a great job of assessing one's skin care needs and recommending great products. Both of my daughters have seen Krista for the Face Reality program to improve their acne. The treatments they offer, alongside the products, have proven to be way more effective than any other products e have used or been recommended. One of my daughter's skin is completely clear now and my other daughter is on her way to clear skin as she just started her journey a month ago. I can't recommend Krista enough.

Favorite salon! I've been going there since I moved to Naperville. The girls are super friendly, I love the look of the salon; it's modern, clean and just a really cute salon overall. I personally see Selene and she is so great. Everytime I go, she always does better than I can even picture my hair looking. She's great to talk to and she does a fantastic job with my hair. The products they use are also fantastic!!! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cute salon that'll give you the best hair!

What a pleasant salon experience! I've been seeing Amanda K for a couple of years now. Her work is great and I love catching up with her every 6 weeks or so. The support staff of this salon is friendly and professional, and they run the business in an unhurried but very efficient manner. Interesting contemporary decor and nice products. It's a pleasure to be a client of theirs!

My family and I have been customers of Niki Moon for years and always enjoy their wonderful service and atmosphere. All of their services and stylists we have used are great, including the front desk staff. We are also clients of their esthetician, Krista. She is incredibly skilled in her field, very pleasant, and always does a fantastic job. Would highly recommend the salon and Krista to anyone.

It was my first time trying this salon. I just needed a cut in between my regular stylist appointments. The reservation process was quick and easy, I was greeted promptly and my stylist was friendly. That's the good. Now the bad. The place is incredibly loud, it was hard to have a conversation or even hear your own thoughts. My hair washing process took less than one minute, that included the shampoo and the conditioner. I have never had my hair washed so fast and so careless. For a $100 haircut I expected the service to be top notch, unfortunately they didn't deliver. My haircut was not only below average but also took less than 10 minutes to complete. It felt rushed and Great Clips like. I specifically asked for clean lines but once I got home I realized that I ended up with uneven hair length. The price tag of the service did not match the quality at all. I left feeling disappointed and that I have wasted my time and money. I will not be back and won't recommend this establishment.

I had a wonderful experience at Niki Moon Salon and Spa on 3/23/24. I called on Thursday for a haircut on Saturday, they were able to fit me in at 3pm, great! On Saturday, they called to let me know my stylist was running behind, could I come in 15 minutes later, sure no worries. I much appreciated the heads up, so courteous. When I arrived for my appointment with Jessica, who did a fabulous job, the salon was calm and quiet, which I very much enjoyed, not that there is anything wrong with a bustling salon, it was a pleasant surprise. I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit and will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff whom I encountered, for creating a positive experience!

I had an appointment with a junior stylist, and asked for a layered haircut and trim...a pretty standard request. I even brought a couple pictures to show exactly how I wanted it. I have been getting this same cut for the past 15 years, so I wasn't asking for anything that difficult. Now, the stylist was SUPER friendly, and listened carefully to what I wanted. The problem is, I ended up not getting any layers at all. I thought that maybe I just wasn't seeing the layers, so I went home and looked at it again and asked my husband. We both felt it looked like I took scissors and straight cut my hair myself! It didn't even look like I had gotten a haircut! I know the junior stylists are less experienced, and therefore cheaper, but it was still $50 and wasn't even close to what I wanted! I called the salon to see if someone more experienced could fix it. They kindly let me come back in but they had the same junior stylist try to fix it. This time I brought even more pictures to be super clear about what I wanted. She insisted that my hair would never look like the pictures unless I styled it a certain way, and that it wasn't layers I was after but a certain blowout technique. I knew this wasn't true because this is the haircut I've been getting for years! She tried to fix it up, but I still ended up with zero layers somehow! I ended up going to a different salon, and got the most beautiful layers that I wanted! I think Niki Moon Salon is probably amazing for hair color and styling, and everyone who works there is super friendly! But I don't think this is the place to go for haircuts/layering. (Or, maybe you have to go with a senior level stylist to get the cut you want!)
