They stole the plate off my truck and also didn't make anything better for my transmission it doesn't shift right and it still is messed up and now my motor is blown up because they messed with the distributor in my motor it won't make it right I asked for my money back and they told me no because it hasn't warranty I told them I was going to take the transmission back to them and they can give me my money back do not use this place they will take you for your money stay away from Oil City transmission oil City sales

I had some transmission trouble while in Mt Pleasant. I was 3 hours from home and the closest shop to honor my warranty was in Midland. I called Oil City to see if they were able to help me and they troubleshot my issues over the phone! Because of them I was able to make the decision to be towed to Midland. The other places I called wanted me to tow my truck to them to diagnose before heading to Midland. I appreciate the effort they put into helping me and saving me some money!

A big thank you to Rich and his crew at the their transmission repair shop at 5543 West Isabella Road, Mt Pleasant. I was having what I thought was a transmission problem with my car. They were able to diagnose the "problem" with the transmission and send me on my way at a very good price!
