Seriously, best folks in town for your oil change! I'm usually incredibly anxious when I take my car somewhere for any form of work, but I trust these folks any day of the week! Kind souls who do honest work. Not sure what they're paid, but these folks deserve a raise!

I was not aware an appointment was required to get an oil change here. I pulled my vehicle in to the back area, no other vehicles were being serviced, no other vehicles were waiting. When I pulled around to the entry, the two young men were outside the door and quickly went back into the building, so I parked in the one parking spot, waiting for one of them to come out to talk with me and direct me to one of the entrances. That didn't happen, though, as I sat there for ten minutes, until another customer pulled in, during which, the door was immediately opened for them. They must have had an appointment? I thought the purpose of a quick change was a) no appointment needed, and b) no need to exit the vehicle. The reason I prefer this method is because of my many little passengers. SO, this is a review for poor customer service from the two young men who have lost my business. Others who use this type of oil change service should probably try another one, maybe down the street. Customer service is everything.

Just got an oil change here for the first time and they charged me 180 dollars just cause it takes 7.9 quarts everyone else in the world it is 129.99 never in my life will I come back here these guys are absolute crooks

Got my oil changed and woke up to a flat tire and oil in my driveway. 21 Tacoma. Somehow they didn't tighten the drain plug all the way and when they put air in my tires broke one of the valve stems. This is confirmed by mechanic. Stay away and go anywhere else.

Why thank you. I am not skilled with cars. It is so nice of you when you snicker, chuckle and grin ear to ear when I don't know how to do your job; like how the cook of a restaurant comes out to mock you for not being a chef. It is so NICE to be respected. It is not like I won't go somewhere else or anything.
Though to be fair the old man was actually nice. You might want to have him teach the boys some manners while you still have business.

I would never recommend this place. I have a newer vehicle. Went there for an oil change. Nothing ever wrong with my vehicle! Left with a check engine light on. And they did nothing to fix what they caused!

They have poor attention to detail. They completely forgot to put my valve stem caps back on my car, which is a small detail but hard to get wrong. They also try and tell you your filter is dirty, even when I had just replaced it just before getting my oil changed. The first time there, they put the wrong type of oil in my car. They also tried to tell me I should replace my transmission fluid, which is the last thing you want to do on a 10 year old vehicle. They just want to make a quick buck off you. Go to Tuffy, Mt. Pleasant Tire, or any other place in the area.
