“Absolutely loved this cat cafe! My husband and I adopted our newest addition to our family Zoey, formally known as Sunny. The cafe has many cats that you can interact with. They give you a bag of treats to entice the cats to come to you. When we visited, Sunny immediately claimed my husband. We went back the next day and decided to adopt her. Although we couldn't take her home that day, we were able to pick her up within a few days to bring her home. She is adjusting very well. Zoey is a very cuddly yet mischievous kitten and we love her so much.”

David was very nice and even waited so I could have him put everything in the garage very helpful when you're older, great employee!”

“Bought new log splitter from here. Per the directions after the initial cycling of the splitter maul I checked the hydraulic fluid level. The hydraulic tank went empty. I called store to inform them. James ended up giving me a 2 quart jug of the needed fluid to add for free. I thank him for this! I don’t know if the store adds gasoline to these units to try out before selling or not? Thank you again James. I can assure you that I am not one of “those people” who tries to get something for nothing.”

“Heather, the canine supervisor, provided us with a very thorough and caring approach to finding our new doggo. She was patient and attentive as we wanted to meet several dogs. Very impressed with the hustle of all employees we saw there, as it was a very hot Friday before 4th of July. We went through the online application and appointment process without issue. The facility was very clean and well designed. A high level of professionalism and standard for the work they do. Thankful for them. What a tough service they provide.”

“Oh where to even begin. My kids asked to go here when we needed to get some supplies for our little critters. We explored the store many times over. There was a wonderful lady named Allie who answered all 10 thousand questions they asked. She spent so much time with them and was simply a kind person. We found the kitties who were looking for home; the kids fell in love with them. We have 5 kitties at home and just cannot take anymore. However, we bought some toys for them. The kitties were able to play with the toys and it made the kids so happy. Please people, spay and neuter your animals so we can save them. There’s so many who need homes. Shout out to karma cat cafe for having sweet Fire and Ember there.❤️

From my son “I hope someday when I get to work at petsmart, I hope Miss Allie is still there. She was so nice and you can tell she loves the animals. I want to be like her.”

From my daughter “I agree with brother! I will work there too with Miss Allie. She’s so smart and can teach me all about animals. I want to save them just like her.”
