My boyfriend and I always like stopping here when spending time in Mt. Pleasant. Friendly staff, they always ask about our day. The food is delicious. Today, we had a chicken, bacon, ranch grinder, and onion rings. We really enjoyed them.

Ordered the Famous Pixie Coney. It looks famous for upsetting half of Mt Pleasant. The wrap took half of the chili off. :(

Ok so false advertisement for their food. When you walk in and see the fish basket up on the board, it shows like the kind of fish that has a flaky breading like cod or something. What I was served was disgusting. It looked like an overly deep fried Banquet frozen fish patty and it tasted like sawdust! Couldn’t even eat it. Why does your fish not look like what is on your menu? What were we served? The coney dog was disappointing as well, barely any sauce and what sauce you did get was just all smashed into the wrapper. Fries and shrimp were ok. Never been here before and never will be back, how has this place stayed in business for 75 years?

What an awesome place. Burgers were really good and you can't beat a Kogels hotdog. Pizza was amazing, I didn't expect that.Kid-friendliness: They were so nice to the kids. We will definitely come back.

The pixie is a great throw back 50’s style diner and has been a part of Mt. Pleasant’s restaurant scene for over 70 years. Well known for their coney dogs and bitty burgers, the walls in the dining area are plastered with plaques attesting to their popularity- east 6 conies or 8. Itty burgers in an hour and get your plaque on the wall. Their fries and onion rings are some of the best you will find. The stag was extremely friendly and helpful, however it’s clear the Pixie suffers from the same problem most restaurants have today - lack of sufficient staff. Our wait was about double what we have experienced in the past years and there were only a handful of diners this night. All in all I still highly recommend the Pixie for conies and burgers, diner style.
