Tellers are very polite and helpful, unfortunately the managers and other office workers are completely useless. There are always 4 people standing around with their arms crossed while 1 or 2 tellers deal with 10 customers. Wait times at this bank are outrageous, I highly suggest using any other bank if you value your time.
