If they screw up your order, Rue21 provides ZERO customer service. DO NOT TRUST Rue21 to send what you ordered! They scammed me out of my money, and never shipped product I ordered. Instead, they sent a pack of HUGE Dble-D bras (super ugly plaid ones)The customer service phone number on my$292.72 receipt offering customer service has a recording stating that they NO LONGER PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICER by phone! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT THAT FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID FOR!
