Wow! Oh Wow! What a great company. I made a mistake ordering online on the size of my bed sheets and I had them opened, and again, it was all my fault. I returned them from the “chat with us”online & they even paid the shipping. The people I dealt with were so professional & kind and caring. Very very impressed!

Bakery dept didn't have my Son's birthday cake decorated even after I explained what I wanted. So had to have ut redone, took forever because thier edible printer wasn't working properly. So basically still paid full price on a half decorated cake. Very frustrated!!! Thank god I had something else made to put on the cake.
