Never had an issue. Staff is always nice no matter what time of day. Cleaned, well stocked and lite. Parking lot is a pain to.get out of during high traffic and there's pot holes but you gotta take the good with the bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worst gas station experience I’ve ever had. (This was last night) I was going in just to get gas and a quick drink. Realizing I didn’t have a mask on in my car. I popped my head inside to ask for one and was given back a very rude response about not having my own. I then proceeded to go back to my car tie a serving apron around my face. Once I went into the building and paid for the gas I wanted, they then continue to lecture me saying things like “ we will not serve you if you come in without a mask on”, “sir you can just take a Refund and leave” or even better yet “it’s ridiculous you would even try to pull that off”. Again worst experience EVER. I will never come back and I hope others don’t either.

Went in today to buy some drinks. When I put my items on the counter, I asked for a bag. Valerie was very rude and tossed a bag on the counter. The way she talked to me was rude and acted as if she was better than us. Customer service is not what she should be doing. I will not be returning to this gas station again. Thanks Valerie for making my visit unwelcoming!!

We walked in from a nearby bar to pick up some Powerade and wait for our Uber. The lady behind the counter was rude right off the bat even though we were paying customers. Immediately after the first person paid she told us to leave, even though we were still shopping. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Worst customer service at night. I was drunk, as a college student across from Wayside would be, and after I bought a product I asked if I could wait inside for a minute or two until my ride showed up. It was below freezing temperatures and they told me to get out. My ride did show up a minute later but come on. I told them it would be a minute. I got cold smh

There was a lady in there last night around 1 am, rudest lady I've ever spoke to behind a counter in my life. She should not be working customer service.

Always a little on the expensive side as are all Shell stations, but the place is clean and easy to access especially if you live closer to the south side of the university.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I felt so violated. Not only did the night manager (blonde hair and glasses) call the police and have three officers come to my house , she lied to them and told them I stole my order I paid for . When I returned to the store with the police she told them " I gave her too many pennies". I dont know if it was because I was a young black man buying cigars or what I just know even if she didnt have the police ban me for no reason I STILL wouldn't spend a dime here. One thing I can say is the officer that responded handled the situation perfectly

Staff is friendly, store area seemed a bit smaller than usual but don't visit 7-Eleven's that often as not in my area.
