Friendly, helpful sales staff. They also offer mobile service, which offers great service with unlimited calls, text & data everywhere for just 29.99 per line, per month! I would suggest if you're going to do business with certain salespeople, that you get a phone number to reach them, as you can not call the individual store! I found Chris very easy to work with!

Major connection issues and speed issues for paying over 100 bucks just for internet. Customer service is never helpful. Unfortunately the only internet I can get in my area or I'd be switching in a heartbeat. If you have other options, go for them.

My modem and router are purely decoration at this point. My internet doesn't even work anymore. I mainly just use my iPhone hotspot now. Thanks Spectrum.

Extreme wait time today to drop off my equipment which I have to do. Would be cool to have seperate counters for people who come to do things that take an hour vs two minutes so I wouldn't have time to write this review.

I'd like to commend Alex at the store in Mt Pleasant, we came in wanting to switch over to Spectrum and she was patient and explained everything she was doing. It took her no time to get us up and running, it took us about an hour to get everything switched over and was very accommodate to our 4yr old that was getting impatient. She gave him some papers and markers and pens to draw with as well as made him a small paper origami bird for him while we waited for our stuff to transfer over! The transfer was seamless and all the more exciting to receive our new service and new phones! We appreciate her help and glad we could give her the commission for our switch. Would recommend!

Rude, Unprofessional people. They treated people like trash, expect them to pay the bill when my husband and I canceled it. Told us that other companies lies.

Hello i guess you didnt know im still differ and why i still notice the differ dont matter what and tell the feds hello for me . :-) ,, BTW i still show disgrace to marijuana fakers of med8cial res9ns and there most likely r meth users . Oh last thing your system is hacked way before that when 666 thinks they got where they wanted with marijuana. Have a poor day oh charcoal for for ya.oh since u never been thruogh what i been thruogh not a joke .

Thinking of adding spectrum mobile? Think again. SAVE YOUR TIME & heartache. It’s trash. CONSTANTLY “no internet” & switching to cellular data doesn’t resolve the issue. So not only did they take away 20 Disney owned stations from cable then have us back the least watched 12 without a reduction of monthly charges. They also are not providing the cellular and internet service they claim to. I’m TIRED of resetting and calling for help to be walked through the SAME step’s repeatedly. Shoulder shrugs and suggestions to pay someone to come look at my set-up. YOUR contractor set it up!!!

Very long wait, they definitely need more staff to handle the people coming in the store. The staff they have does a great job and they are all friendly to deal with. Just plan on waiting awhile, and leave the kids with family or friends they would definitely not have patience for that long of waiting time.

Horrible wonluld let me purchase my up grade in store the restricted my account with no reasoning then was told there was nothing they could do. Customer service tells me. In store is the only one that know what's going on and could of called tech support or offered a chairwell ticket for my account none of that was done this store maybe a little racist.
