Best customer service I’ve had in a while! Switched from another provider and called to make an appointment. They were very thorough with letting me know everything I needed before I came into the store. I was in and out and Brad was AWESOME! Super low wait times at this location too! New management has definitely turned things around over here!

My 1 day old phone got super hot, almost skin burning, and they said it was just a “warm phone” and wanted to charge a $70 restocking fee. Failed to mention I could just mail it back for free. 0/10 will drive an hour to the midland stores next time since both in mount P are trash.

Love t-mobile. Hate this store. Used to be one of the best in the area. Not sure what happened with the old guys. The new crew seems to not know what they’re doing. Long wait time. Manager clearly hasn’t done this long, could barely answer any question without asking someone else. Michael is a sweet heart, hope he sticks around. Hopefully someone fixes this store. Used to be full of passionate people, now seems like most the people here don’t want to be here. Rather disappointing. Been coming here for 3+ years.. The T-Mobile on Pickard will be my new destination.

The young man that helped me was very kind and courteous. A little issue getting my account set up after the point of sale but that was a Tmobile issue not the store. 4 stars..... there's always room for improvement!

So... I've just caught the manager (who sold me the phone) at his second lie today. Last month that manager was vary disrespectful as I asked about one of the phones and completely ignored me to sell me a different phone. What made the two phones different? Wouldn't say and ignored another question.Going to demand an accounting on Monday but I don't think I'll be a customer for long...

Thought I had a good experience buying a phone here, but I’m just finding that they added a “protection plan” that I explicitly declined and I’ve been paying $18 a month without my consent.Scammers. Go somewhere else.

Top notch customer service here, I went in to ask if I had insurance on my phone and how it worked, Michael basically fixed my phone, explained how I can upgrade for almost nothing more, and then went on to switch our plan up and save like $80 a month. 10/10 go to see this man.

They tried to make me pay for a sim card that was supposed to come with my phone tried to charge me $30 for one went to the other location and they gave it to me said that the other location shouldn't have tried to charge me.The manager is a jerk according to him he doesn't represent his company at all he represents himself. After I got my sim I went back to first location to ask y he tried to charge me and he told me to leave that if I came back he would call the cops on me. In the end I left t mobile and went to Verizon.

Bad customer service. Staff inept and rude. They couldnt find what I needed and were busy talking to each other about their social plans, totally ignoring the fact I was there. I'm ready to change carriers.

I’ve had T Mobile for seven months now. They were very eager to get me into a plan and were able to do so by lying about the price. I was quoted at $187 for my plans and my bill has been $270. I’ve called several, several times and have always been given false promises that they will fix it. Needless to say, they haven’t. My biggest regret of 2022 was signing with T-Mobile and it’s a shame they have fed me lie after lie for months. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
