They scanned our package into the facility and now no one can find it, AGAIN! You lost the oxygen concentrator we need to keep our eyesight. They've been using dry ice, pesticides, etc....you are wrong for doing this.

The driver came before we were open. I went into UPS on N Mission so they sent the driver a message and he came back and delivered to us on his way back through.

The people are always helpful and kind. They've helped me find lost packages and taken amazon returns (as long as they are pre-labled) since it's not the same as a fully functional UPS Store.

I’ve always picked up packages at 9 o’clock, I went there to pick up a package at 9 o’clock And his little guy told Me that I couldn’t pick it up, that pick up time is 10 o’clock, I was Unaware of that because I’ve always picked it up at nine, it’s quite evident they change management I could see my package and the guy would not release it to me, even though it would’ve been nice if he said here’s your package next time its 10 o’clock not 9 o’clock, so now I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for an hour for me to get my package, the customer service could’ve been a lot different and more satisfactory if he just gave me my package and told me the next time come at 10

Driver put our one small box less than 12 inches in size under the rear of our vehicle it was dark when delivered couldn't see it who would want a package under their vehicle too lazy to put it on our steps or bring to the door.

I never receive my packages at my ? door I always have to go pick it up from a site and it is one of the most irritating things. I ordered for it to be delivered, not to make it to my door and then take it to an auto part center where I then have to go out of my way to make a special trip to pick it up. It is always sorry we missed you instead of coming back as well. There is never a second attempt.
