I got charged 37$ to send a 20$ action figure. They told me my destination (Amery, Wisconsin) is considereed rural so there is an extra delivery fee. WHAAAAT! Amery, WI. is a small town of 2000 people less then 1hr from Minneapolis. Rural huh?? USPS gets my buisness now.

You can have a package that does not require a signature, shipment release is authorized thru the app and there's still no guarantee you'll get your package in time. I run a small business and rely on weekly shipments. Ever since my supplier decided to go with UPS it's been a nightmare. The local drivers are the most inconsistent I've ever dealt with

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely unhelpful and acted as if I was an inconvenience. I didn't even get the worst of it, this poor lady trying to return a couple Amazon packages was treated absolutely terrible. I would recommend the guy and girl working to get a new job if they're that miserable!! Unacceptable.

Carme is extremely uninviting, rude and should not work in retail. I brought a couple Amazon items in to return and it was my mistake that I needed to box them myself. I’ve done this before and always just brought in the item and they boxed and labeled for me. That was my bad. But the way she went about it was horrible. She was more interested in getting me out of the store than anything and didn’t even bother to tell me that they could print the labels there for me. When I go back I’ll definitely be avoiding her.

I've been a customer here many, many times. Mostly for Amazon returns, but also for fingerprints for a previous job. Everytime I'm here, I'm greeted and treated with genuine hospitality. The associates go above and beyond. I had an issue with an Amazon return that had nothing to do with UPS and Randy took time to locate the tracking number and help me sort it out. I appreciate them so much. Thanks for serving the community and setting the standard for what customer service should be. You all are so pleasant to interact with. Thank you.

Fast friendly service. I was able to handle multiple things at once. I could have even had my passport photo taken there and shipped it out as a one-stop job.
