If I could give a zero I would. This is the second time I went in this store. Complete trash service, service guy with no clue how to help a customer prior to someone finally seeing me after 15 minutes. Dude wouldn't even look at the phone to see if it could be fixed. I promptly went to Spectrum and got a new phone and a much sweeter deal. Gutter trash service, hope you all get rabies in there.

Helped super quick and efficiently!
Super friendly and helpful staff even though we came in last second while it was busy to file a claim on a broken device. Would recommend going to this Verizon location versus others I've been!

The service at this location is good but the self payment acts up. first time it didn´t gone through fully yesterday i paid $58.00 but it took out $34.00 i had to call customer service from the headquarters and they were able to activate my phone but need approval to activate it even though the funds for it was low. I don´t know whats going on with the self payment but i felt like this is the second time it messed up my verizon account and my phone. I don´t know if i could trust that terminal again without it malfuctioning

People here are awesome, every one of them are super helpful. Especially the manager Chad. I was frustrated with customer service over the phone trying to fix a messaging issue. I went in and he had me in and out in under 10 minutes problem solved!

They would only take out money, but provided zero good service. I don't mind waiting, however when we had been sitting there and people walk in and get served before us, let's me know it's not a company I want to deal with
