The staff here is always kind and helpful. I come here multiple times a week and always have a good experience.

I come in a few times a month because my medications are staggered, and they always greet me with a smile, don't judge (even when I come in looking grungy as all get-out), and the points I earn help make my scripts cheaper. They may not always have what I need in stock but are willing to help me find it if that's the case. I imagine it's been pretty difficult to be a pharmacist in these last few years but you wouldn't know it by looking at the pharmaceutical staff at this Walgreens because, as far as patients are concerned, they take everything in stride. You can tell they really care about the work they do and the people they serve. Thanks for all your help, guys. This review is the least I can do for all the amazing service I've received in the half-dozen years I've been coming here.

The least amount of stars is still not deserved, I will never be back to this Walgreens. When I stopped by to fill a prescription on Friday 3/5/21, I had my daughter in the car with her wisdom teeth just out, dropping off a pain prescription in the drive thru. I was told the medication would take 40 minutes. When I dropped off my daughter to recover at home and returned to Walgreens 40 minutes later, I was told that my insurance wasn’t “synching” up with the Walgreens computer and they couldn’t tell what was my portion to pay. I asked how long it would take to fix, they said 1 hour. I called an hour later and was told that my insurance still wasn’t “synching” up with the Walgreens computer and that the prescription couldn’t go through until my insurance company fixed the problem. I called my insurance and they said that there was no problem, knew how much I my portion would be, had seen that Walgreens filled the prescription, cancelled the prescription and filled it again, all with the same results of my paying $1.09 out of pocket. I was finished, it had been 3 hours since I dropped off the prescription, I stopped by the store and went inside to the pharmacy, was told I had to speak with the pharmacist to which she said the same problem, the pharmacist gave me my prescription back, at my insistence and she walked out of my line of vision. I said to anyone who was listening that I know they don’t care about my problem but a simple phone call to the insurance would have fixed it. They young “lady” cleaning out prescription bins in back sneered at me, the young “man” at the register laughed at my problem and tuned and walked out. I dropped the prescription at Rite Aid down the street, was told 30 minutes and given the prescription in 25 minutes. Lesson learned…no more Walgreens for me and I will tell everyone exactly why.

Appear to employ a number of uneducated staff. I would not trust to get any more refills after learning of the "education" some have that dispense meds.
