This review is for the pharmacy. It used to be just fine, and if I had any issue, it was something normal... a backup in orders, a mistake on their part, a hiccup in communication, something small and easy to fix. The pharmacy would always call to let us know what was going on, and when it was resolved.I don't know what happened, who they fired or let go / who left, or who came in charge of the way things are done now, but for the past year or two, they've really gone downhill. Now, whenever there's an issue, we never know about it unless we call them directly - and even then, they've lied to us directly on the phone about what's happening with our medication. There was one phone altercation we had where they told us insurance was denying coverage, so we called insurance and they told us (sounding quite confused) that they already accepted and processed the medication days ago, and it should be in the pharmacy's system. We called here again immediately afterward, and the guy on the phone told us that getting it accepted would "I dunno, take about two hours? Maybe a few days" (his words) before we told him "actually we already called insurance and they told us it went through days ago." Suddenly he shifted his angle, saying "oh well I'll put it through and see if it's accepted. It could take a while- ope, there it goes. Yeah it should be ready for pickup now."??????Yeah okay. I don't know how exactly a pharmacy works, but the lack of communication about any issue beforehand (this was after days of trying to get a refill on my medication which is vital to my survival - and I'm still not getting updates anymore to this day and have to find out last minute every time) plus the fact that I've never once had any issue like this nor handled this way with any pharmacy, including this one, before this - AND the fact that these issues still continue to this day, where they'll cry and claim Insurance Issue for something my insurance CLEARLY IS COVERING!! We'll always call them when my meds are getting hung up, and they'll always say "Insurance Issue" or "shipment Issue" or "out of stock :(" ...It's all just adding up to be too much. I need that medication so I can actually function like a normal person. As I've said, I don't know if it's some change in employment or policy, or they just decided they hated me for whatever reason. Or maybe someone's using my medication for their own use, since it's a substance that (if you're not careful) you could easily get addicted to. I wouldn't be surprised if someone there is either assuming I'm abusing it and treating me like an addict, or they're abusing it themselves and trying to cover their tracks. I'm not too familiar with how pharmacies work or how Walgreens works, but I do know that at this specific one, no one likes working there and many of their best employees have moved on to better things in life. We've been going here for around 3 years, but I think it's time for a switch.

Cashier being very rude to an older woman, sighing in her face because she was taking too long. Another cashier comes up to crack a joke and then stare at them. Waits until 5 people gather in line to get on another register. Ridiculous

Waited 30+ minutes after we had a scheduled Apt for the walk in clinic. No one was in front of us. Took forever for the lady to even acknowledge our presence. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

Avoid this Walgreens. If you want to be treated like complete garbage then this is the place for you! I went here twice in a matter of two days to get prescriptions refilled and both times I was given the worst service possible. Those ladies at the pharmacy need to work on their customer service skills and do better because wow. Truly a terrible place.

My daughter's epi pen that she severely needs has been on back order for weeks with no communication from the pharmacy. When I finally went in the older lady pharmacist told me "don't know what to tell you" when I asked for recommendations. Asked what I do if she gets stung and doesn't have an epi pen. And was told it's not her fault and not her problem. They've even given my doctors office the run around. They clearly don't care about their patients. Will be switching pharmacies immediately. Would not suggest using this pharmacy for your kids. I'd suggest going to Midland Walgreens or Kroger pharmacy.

I will never stop at Walgreens again....seems like WALGREENS would have a simple box of Band-Aids with antibacterial ointment...nope just high priced plain band-aides. Head elsewhere if that's what you need!

I went to Walgreens yesterday for daytime cold medicine and soup. They were out of the cold medicine I wanted, and the soup i wanted was 2/$8 or $4.29 each. The same soup is $2.35 at Meijer. I hate When businesses gouge people, I won’t be buying any food items at this location.

NO call from them. Glad my pain is not to bad from tooth being removed. NOT a happy customer. Will not be returning.

This place has people that will bend over backwards to make you happy. They don't have something in that they normally do they will order it for you. They remind youbto out your loyalty number in. They are super friendly and that's what stands out to me in a company!

Shop at this store and you will understand why hundreds of Walgreens stores are closing. The service is robotic, inflexible, and unfriendly. Here's an example: They charge $14 for two 2 x 2 inch passport photos, even if you bring in your own image on a flash-drive. If you order 4 passport photos (same image), they will charge you $28, six photos, $42, and so on. If you order the same photo in a standard 4 x 6 inch format, the charge is 39 cents per photo. When I asked why they charged $7 for a 2 x 2 photo and 39 cents for a 4 x 6 photo, they said, "it is company policy." They didn't try to be accommodating or acknowledge that their passport photo policy is highway robbery. I will never shop at Walgreens again.
