Matson’s fisheries offers the best smoked and fresh whitefish, smoked trout, and salmon. The smoked fish is out of this world flavorful and truly the best smoked fish ever had. They also have amazing sausage and the best whitefish spread. The business is a great family business, and the staff are really friendly and helped pick out the right filet. The smoked fish had a great price. Come early for more selection. It is a perfect shop and a perfect addition to a vacation. Customers have been coming for years and will for as long as they are there. They always impress.

Very simple to make perfect meal: Lightly salted on grill with plain noodles- great dinner.

This was the one that was on the TV show uncharted with Gordon Ramsay. Great family business go see Chris as unfortunately captain Ron has passed away. Fabulous smoke fish had a great price. Can’t wait to have dinner tonight. Fresh caught whitefish and salmon. Yum Yum Yum.

Stopped in and purchased the smoked white fish. They were really friendly and helped me pick out the right filet. Truly the best smoked fish I’ve ever had!
