Horrible sense of customer service. I called inquiring about a late package and to try and get any answers on it and all I got was huffs and puffs from the other end of the phone before they HUNG UP ON ME because I wasn’t satisfied with an “I don’t know what to tell you”

LAZY mail carrier....lived in the town all my life and never had a mail carrier that was so lazy she refuses to walk in 2 inches of snow!.....Needs to be fired!

They have gotten a lot better over the past few years, I never have problems for their customer service and their timing is pretty good, they often keep up on the stairs during winter, they also make sure the handicap area is clear and doors working all year round ...

The person at the counter was really rude to me for no reason. I was very polite regardless but their facial expression, attitude and tone towards me was completely unnecessary.

Terrible Lazy and all they do is complain NON stop. They keep packages there for DAYS because they are too large for them so they do not scan and they just sit there.

I'm very upset at the mail service in town asking me too place my mail on other people's private property without the city's consent. I'm also very upset that I've moved it in front of my house on my property and they still refuse too give me my mail. If this continues and we need too start paying for are bills because they are late and we do not receive them I will make sure you guys are responsible. Ps: We do get are orders from other companies so there should be no reason you guys can't ether..
