I have had bad experiences with haircuts as of late. I was dreading getting another one. Erika was absolutely fantastic! Best I’ve ever had! She gave me recommendations and tips for products to use. Took her time and did a great job. I would highly recommend ?

Did nkow for sure age for seniors. Did not do the full treatment, just cut my hair. Asked if I wanted shampoo, I said to her " whatever the package offers" shee said then shampoo. She finished cutting my hair and took me to register. I paid she said thanks and I was gone. I think the package comes with hot towel, haircut, shampoo and shoulder massage. I got a haircut.

Spent about 45 minutes attempting to make an appointment, the website wouldn't let me make one. I then downloaded the app. Still not able to get an appointment. I then called to try to make an appointment. But apparently they "aren't allowed to make appointments on the phone. And walk in time was 120 minutes. I never got an appointment and probably won't try to in the future

Friendly and welcoming staff; excellent attention to detail (they made sure all hair was even, including after a wash).

Was an amazing place !!! Haircut turned out amazing would 10/10 recommend .Ps they have vibrating chairs when you get your hair washed in the back!

So most places you have to check in online now and you have a 30- grace period, so check and see what the next appointment is before scheduling online.. also check and see what the appointment wait time is before scheduling online... because everybody's doing that now... I brought two young boys in to get their haircuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My boys had a very good experience. They will also keep hair cutting instructions in the client's file so they know what they did exactly the last time. Very happy with the service and the haircut

My friend named Landen just got a haircut today from there and my god his hair never looked worse, every time he goes there the cuts get worse than from the last. Get better barbers because ones there can’t cut right

Same person, so she's familiar with what I like. But they do utilize extensive notes so if it's someone not familiar she can refer to the notes.
