If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve live at my address since October 2021 NEVER had an issue with the mail. As of April 2025 (I think we got a new carrier) all of a sudden my vehicles parked in my driveway is an issue. I witnessed the carrier put my mail in the mailbox. Couldn’t drive around my driveway because I had a visit with my daughters teacher (that’s 4 vehicles in my driveway all to one side) and he BACKED UP (I guess they can’t do this) and proceeded to take the mail OUT of my mailbox. The office manager is rude when we complained in person and over the phone. I ran out there to confront the carrier and he told me he was told NOT to deliver my mail if he couldn’t use MY driveway. He literally always passes my mailbox and we proceed to do a 3 point turn in my driveway to deliver the neighbors across the roads mail. I’ve even asked if they could walk the route. Could we move the mailbox. Or if I could just get it from the office. No solution I offered was good enough. They are lazy and act like they’re not in customer service. My cars are parked in the driveway and also my kids play outside and the driveway takes up quite a bit of the front. I just hope they get in new management and carriers soon.

muskegon heights post office has about the laziest supervisors, they do NOTHING, terrible service, don't bother going there because they sit and watch customers and won't help them.....LAZY ,LAZY ,LAZY .........

The Muskegon heights postal office was very clean postal workers were very helpful I enjoyed the postal service being right there

Mail carriers act like they can't read. I get the mail for the house next door. When they do deliver they leave my box lid up when it's raining or snowing and all my mail gets sopping wet. Very poor service

No mail delivered for 4 days and our road was cleared and the mailbox was accessible. When it was delivered on Saturday, Wednesday and Friday's mail was not included!

Very happy with this Post Office every time. I'm here almost every day as an eBay seller, and I ship a lot of loose CDs with stamps. They happily postmark my envelopes every time, and are very helpful when I decide to use vintage stamps, never waited more than ten minutes there on any occasion.

Your office clearly says the hours on the door, and you have people working but no one will answer your phone or speak!! But this is how a business is ran!!

Absolutely deplorable service. I half suspect they just close the doors and get high and drunk here because there isn't an ounce of competency anywhere. Phones are NEVER answered, which is a major problem. I would love to see this location suffer an investigation. Don't count on receiving help here for anything. It's a black hole waste of time even trying.

I changed my address and I haven’t received my mail in 3 weeks I’ve shown my identification and filled out another change of address and still no release of my mail how do you contact someone who can actually resolve the issue this is beyond frustrating
