I went in to your location to have an issue resolved with my phone! I get pop up advertising while I'm trying to dial a # or in the middle of writing a text or every time I open my phone! Tues I went in & the young man who helped me said I may have to have it factory reset? I left came back Tuesday night with the same issue! Two employees were at the Desk just before closing time. I told them I still had a virus or spam something going on with my phone! The male employee says there's no such thing as spam on phones.. then I showed the female employee and she said that's just a feature on your phone!!! I told her no it blocks what I'm doing how can that be a feature? Neither one of them looked at my phone or tied to help? The female as she's on her phone says ' We work with phones all day we know what we're talking about!!' Horrible customer service!! I will never go back to your location!!

Total disaster of a store. Not nearly enough staff to actually deal with the customers the have. Staff they do have needs more training on how to actually perform their job without running to the manager.iPad check-in process is beyond inefficient and inconsistent. Would only recommend going here if you have nothing else to do with your life and want to be upsold on an already overpriced plan. (You hear a lot of sales conversations while waiting in the “open concept” waiting room for an hour). Go anywhere else.

Came in looking for a replacement screen protector for my S21 that I purchased at this exact location and was kurtly told to "try your luck somewhere else, I don't have anything for you here", in an extremely dismissive, non-conversational, and unfriendly manner. It's like they had a problem with me being there and I was in the store for maybe 40 seconds all told. If you want to be treated like a problem the moment you walk in the door, then I would consider this location your dream come true. Unless you are there to buy an overpriced phone or sign an over inflated contract it seems they don't have time or inclination to assist you with your wireless experience. Once they have you signed up they could care less how it goes. Clearly they don't want you protecting your phone if it isn't the latest model. Disgusting.

Friendly staff and they all seemed to be helping customers. Very busy store expect to have a wait but great if you don't have one.

I went to this store to upgrade my phone. After we finalized a deal and I went to pay, I was charged for the accessories and taxes. However, after trying to continue, the system kept trying to charge a huge lump sum that was not the price of the phone. The workers tried to void the payments and told me to come back in a few days, but the payment went through anyway.When I went back to the store, the manager dumped everything on me and told me to call my bank and dispute the charge, and that I had to call Verizon to drop the order. This is THEIR problemNOT MINE, and now I have to spend hours fixing their problem. And I now have to pay $200 of “taxes and accessories” for nothing and I have not a single thing to show for it except wasted time! We have been customers for 16 years, and this is how we are treated.

Honestly pretty annoyed with my first experience with Verizon. In store there was a long wait (which is fine) but once it was my turn to be added to a line I felt like nothing was really told to me about the setup process or how I pay or even what's expected for my first payment, Ryan also threw away my old sim card so my phone was useless until activation the following day. I was expecting my first bill to be $60, but after $25 in taxes and another $25 in services, I was looking at nearly $120 for my first month of service. Then when I got home I had to spend 30 minutes transferring my old line to a new one and the following day I had to spend another 30 minutes over the phone with customer service figuring out what was wrong with the port transfer. Kinda crazy there was a $25 service charge when he just shoved a new sim into my phone.

Will never go to this verizon store ever again. Ryan was abosolutely horrible. He and his co workers were disrespectful and down right rude. First he was more interested in his mario cart then helping my fiance with a new phone. Never offered to show him different options of phones, never went over the bill, I had to ask what my new bill would be and if our old phone had any trade any trade in value. His co workers were also making fun of prior customers and being extremely unprofessional.We ended up going to ludington verizon and we should of went there in the first place. Warren was amazing and explained everything and made sure my account was was taken care of .

Apparently you can choose curbside pickup,but you can't actually get curbside pickup. The employees have no way to know who is there so your c.s.p.u. is basically worthless. If there'd have been a longer wait than the amount if time inwsted waiting for the c.s.p.u. I'd have probably told you to shove your phone and your service up your 4 points of contact

The staff was very helpful. I ended up having to get my phone from Best Buy because of price and selection, but I will be back to check out the Verizon store in the future.

I don’t normally shop at the Verizon store in Muskegon- Grandville is much closer for me. However I was in Muskegon and need a trip there anyway. Holy Cow I am glad I stopped! I had many questions about the new 5G Home Internet and I wanted to review my current phone plan. I was helped by Brandon - and I have to say in probably 24 years of being a Verizon customer, he was by far the most helpful person I’ve dealt with! He patiently answered all my questions, offered advice and was beyond pleasant the entire time even though it is the crazy holiday season and the store was quite full.I’m will be driving back to Muskegon for all my Verizon needs just so Brandon can help me! Verizon, you’ve got a great employee ~

Every time I go into this place I wish I hadn't. it is always so busy, and the people in the store can't even help you. For almost every single thing you need done you have to sit in the store and call into some phone number and make changes. To buy a phone they try to upsell you random accessories that you don't need, like extra charging bricks as if I don't have 100 random ones at my house. Every single person that works there will talk to you as well while you're waiting to talk to the number they tell you to call. It just doesn't seem like they have a decent system of you working with one person once you enter the store.
