I went in to find out if they took my insurance and in the span of an hour I found out they did, had an exam, picked out frames and had a date to come back to pick up my new glasses. I am now sitting here able to see out of my new frames typing this, yay! Everyone was helpful, friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. I had no plans to get new glasses on that day but glad I stopped by cause I am extremely happy with my new specs.

I brought my mother to get some new glasses. She had put them off for years. Anyway…the person that brought her back to get her started with the exam didn’t seem to know what she was doing…she forgot to give my mom her glasses back. The eye main eye doctor did the exam so fast. He told my mom her eye sight was so bad and different than the glasses she was wearing and how expensive it was gonna. We wrap up the appointment by picking glasses. The total for everything was $422 and some change. Some time later she gets notified her glasses are ready. We go to pick them up…the doctor didn’t fit the glasses on her. Didn’t check them. Asked “can you read the sign across the street” and interpreted her every word. And pretty much sent her packing. I spent $422 for a horrible experience and glasses that don’t fit my mother’s face. No one listened to her or me. They wanted us in and out. They 100% seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered with us as customers. I don’t even want to give it one star. I will NEVER go there again. And definitely tell anyone that is thinking about going my story.

I love the fact that I can call and have an appointment the next day. Once I arrived my son was called back for his exam at his appointment time. I’m glad you are not sent to the waiting area to wait for an extended period until being seen. They have a vast variety of eye ware to choose from. This is our second year coming here.

Lady at front desk didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Ask me to go in the back to fill out form. Not sure why only one customer in the office and at 67 years old. It was easier for me to fill it out at the desk. When we left she was more friendly and did smile. Doctor doing the exam was very nice. Didn’t do a full exam. Like I had a year ago or even ask if I wanted the test where they dilate your eyes. The lady that waited on us to purchase the glasses. Sylvia didn’t smile. Was Not costumer friendly. Questions I asked were not answered. She asked what color transition I wanted and I told her Brown. If I wouldn’t have looked at paper. After I signed it. It said grey. I ask her to change it. She said a manager would have to change it. I think the gentle man that waited on me when I told him a part feel off my Vera Bradley sun glasses I bought last year. Could he fix then. He told me he couldn’t and for me to glue it. I have bought a lot of glasses from you. I believe 10 pair last year. I bought a friend. Donna McDonald. She bought several pairs too. Honestly I don’t think I will be returning to purchase glasses here again . The doctor was great. But customer service like I am used to getting there was very poor. I paid for my glasses and left. I was upset about the whole experience there. Last year I was treated great. What happened ??

Was treated off. I asked about contacts and the doctor told me I could order them but they are expensive and that I probably would be unhappy with the price. ( I have had contacts most of my life, I know the contacts I get are expensive I have really bad astigmatism not my first rodeo). I have a great job and can afford up to 4-5 hundred dollar contacts. Just works better for me since i work with kids. The doctor completely ignored me and didn’t give me a contact script to even get prices. Treated like I’m low income because I dressed in lounge clothing since I’m on maternity leave.

Amazing. Staff was very friendly. Doctor was amazing Aswell, he knew exactly what he was doing and gave some very helpful advice.

The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because I wish they took my insurance, which is Priority Health Medicaid. I used to have the Blue Cross Complete Medicaid, and less providers took that one. They did give me discounts to help, though.But very exceptional service by the doctor and the opticians and receptionist. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you to my helpers, Isreal and Jamie. Thank you America's Best. You're the BEST!

Tyler was so helpful and the doctor was so helpful and kind!! I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Best eye care experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back!

The appointment was for my daughter and myself. We were able to get in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Mark was professional, warm and exceptional. The optician Genevieve was personable and very professional.

Isreal and Genevieve were honestly incredible! Count your blessings if they're working on the day you're picking your frames. They'll make you feel like a supermodel, and won't let you down. Their humor and personalities are unmatched.
