Needed a car repair on dent in side door. Discussed with Matthew the repairs needed. He was very personable, friendly. Took the time to explain what needed to be done. Repaired in appropriate amount of time at great price. Would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone. Thank you Matthew for great service !!

Roughly 17 years ago, my Dad, after having enjoyed a couple occurrences of quality repairs on his own vehicles, brought my truck to APS for some body work, as I left for Iraq not long after I messed it up and lacked the time to get it taken care of myself. I joyfully share, that not only was the repair work of high quality, my deductible, plus some was waived! To this day, each time I drive by this shop, the awesomeness of APS comes to my mind! Thanks again!

Whoever I talked to on the phone was the most rude person I’ve talked to in my life and literally yelled at me when I was trying to explain what I needed, then hung up on me. I’m not sure how you have business if you treat potential customers the way you treated me in a matter of minutes.

This past weekend I was traveling though Muskegon on the way to Ludington… and a wheel bearing failure on my camper turned into a wheel fire and got it put out and thanks to Steve at APS I was able to drop it off around 3pm Friday and Monday it was back to road worthy!!! Thanks again for the fast turnover!!

My wife hit a deer with our Jeep Cherokee this spring and Steve helped us get the car back on the road as quickly as possible. Feels like a really honest place that does good honest work. Wont hesitate to bring APS future business, but hopefully we are done wrecking our cars for awhile!

once i found out they refused to host a vendors for veterans vending machine, which helps support veterans and their families in need, it didnt matter if they had good service or not. i refuse to patronize any business that snubs its nose at veterans.

I have 86 trans am needed t-top seals replaced I called every glass place around nobody does window seals they told me so I called Aps they got me in fast and did a wonderful job at a great price I would recommend Aps to anyone they also have a good selection of old parts that use to be available everywhere that you can't find anymoreService: Body & Trim
