Tyler Brown is a great asset to AT&T. He is informative, friendly, and very good at his job! He answered all of my questions, and made the transfer of my cell service super quick and easy! Brought my phone in to get activated, the gentleman who helped me was great.
(I didn’t catch his name, he had a nose ring!)
He got us situated right away, and began the process. He was informative, and patient.
He assisted me with the process of being able to keep the phone number I originally had.
He had great customer service skills, and was very knowledgeable in the services and resources that AT&T had to offer, and overall was incredibly pleasant.
He also was able to get everything done for us quickly, and efficiently.

Great store super friendly people and very helpful. We went in to upgrade 3 of our phones at the same time. The gentleman that helped us was great and got us up and running in a timely manner.

This person I talked to in this store is very rude and crude just because he couldn't make a sale on the phone he gets smart mouth and by the way he needs to lose about 50 to 100 lb

I tried coming in to add a line to my exist account this morning. The hours of operation says the store opens at 9am. When I got there, the doors were still locked and no one was in the store. I waited 10 minutes to hope someone would be there, but to no one showed up. I think it’s highly unprofessional to post the hours of operation and to come in and have the store still be closed. I’ve been a store manager for 10 years and I would never have accepted my store to be closed during posted hours.
