Every time I have walked in to this location the staff have been great! They are always helpful, answer questions to the best of their ability and personable. I make the extra drive to go here even though there are other locations closer to my daily routine because of how great the service is.

Went to get a newer cell phone,they started switching and told us the price,it was 100$ cheaper on the Boost mobile site,which did not make sense,then tried to use phone when left,it wouldn't work,had to do bunch of running around to get straightened out,not with Boost anymore

Went in with my step dad to get his sim card fixed along with my mom's phone he helped us out super fast and had us cracking up I didn't get his name but thanks for the help and jokes you went from 3 to 5 stars ??

Bought a moto g7 been back three times cause phone don't work right and is a pos. Won't refund or let me pay more for a better phone. Now stuck with a$100 pos phone. UPDATE I returned to store again and Hiedi help with her manager and got me in new phone..
