I don't think there is a more frustrating company to deal with in the entire world.My bill has gone up by over 200% and you can't actually talk to anyone about the problem. You are forced to use the xfinity assistant. They send you a link that doesn't work and say goodbye.

I’m beyond furious with our local store. We spent over 3 hours there to add a new line, transfer the existing phone number over, cancel a line, cancel a cable account due to a death and open a new cable account with internet. Phone has two sims so it’s not working right. Cable and internet aren’t working right and after over an hour on the phone with customer service we now have to go back to the store. This one employee at the store should not be working there. This is the second time I’ve had her and she messed up my phone and I had to go back. Now she’s done it again. Please give her more training!

Recently had a technical problem with my cable and was assisted by Steven Malecki at the Comcast Store in Muskegon. Steve was a real help and went WAY out of his way to be of assistance. I have to say , that I couldn't be happier with the services here at this particular store and genuine appreciate the care & concern Steve showed in helping to resolve my issue.

I tried to get the issues I was having resolved by calling Xfinity Mobile Customer Service. However after 2 separate calls 3 days apart totalling more than 2.5 hours, I finally decided to go to the local retail store. I'm very glad I did as I worked with Sam to get everything resolved. I really felt like she wanted to get my issues resolved for me! It was not an easy fix by any means, yet she continued to work on it until she found a helpful resolution. This company is lucky to have Sam!!!

I ordered Xfinity last Tuesday. I paid and was told they would ship me my Internet. I have three young boys under four years old and told him I would pay extra to ship it faster because I needed it soon. So the following Monday I call just to find out they canceled my Internet and refunded me for no reason.they don’t know why they canceled it. they didn’t try and make it right at all,the solution they had for me was take my three boys and drive 7 miles away to go get my Internet otherwise I had to wait on the phone for the 20 minutes why he went to the review process again and then they will ship it to me and it might be here in a week. Beyond disappointed

The 2 guys that helped me at Xfinity today in the muskegon office were just great. They answered all my questions and set me up with the deals and did some changes for me. I'm sorry I dont remember they're names. I was there at 4pm to 5pm on Oct 28th 2022. One guy was a new employee and the other guy was training him. I feel they both will go far in the customer service business. Thank you.

They could use some more parking space... Otherwise its an AWESOME store and the employees there go ABOVE AND BEYOND to get you exactly what you want and save you money! I have never had a bad experience here. I would give a 5 star rating if they had a better parking situation.

I HATE going to the cable office. In fact, I haven't gone to one in 20 yrs. However, I found myself having to return outdated equipment, and there I was again. It started out just as I expected, 2 people working the counter and 7 people waiting. One of the workers got tied up in with a customer in a long standing billing dispute. So, we were down to 1 person left to handle the now 9 waiting customers. Then suddenl a 3rd worker came into the picture. She was wonderful! She started working through the customers and gave great service. I wish I could remember her name! She saved thus experience for me.

Never can understand the phone techs, which is actually why I'm typing this review! Upon starting the service I was told I'd get all the channels I wanted on the package but don't get a single one we wanted! Then when I called about it, me hardly understanding them still she said I'm sorry someone told you that but we can upgrade you for the channels. WHAT!? I'm already paying out of a** for good WiFi and ‘100+ channels'! I shouldn't only be getting locals and basics. Not pleased with the cable and channel problem. Other then that everything is great!
