Total mom fail. My son had a dentist appointment today at 10am and he requires a pre med prior to any dental work. I forgot to pick it up yesterday but I figured no problem I’ll just pick it up in the morning an hour before his appointment and he can take it before we head out. I get to his regular pharmacy, doors are locked, signs all say closed for computer issues, and the automated system would not transfer me to anyone on the phone. I instantly panicked since this appointment took us 3 months to get into. I called his cardiologist and asked if they could send it to CVS in Target. I hauled butt there and they didn’t get the script yet. I literally had 30 minutes to get to this appointment. The guy at the pharmacy was super awesome. He pulled my son’s script from the other CVS and got it ready in less than 10 minutes. We made it to his appointment right on the dot. Serious huge shout out to the Pharmacist at CVS in Target! He saved us big time.

Staff is very nice, however when calling thw phone number expect a 30 min to 3 hour wait. Today I gave up after waiting 2.5 hours on hold.

Worst. Phone tree. Ever.If you like wasting your time trying to get this automated refill system to work or speak with a human being - good luck!There are better things to spend your time on; like watching paint dry, because at least it’s less frustrating then spending several minutes on a system that eventually disconnects you after it won’t recognize your Rx refill number, nor allow you to speak with a human…or leave a message.Nice people - if you can actually talk to one of them. For now, I’m trying a carrier pigeon.

I am a loyal buyer at the CVS pharmacy, I buy my prescriptions and I also buy things for personal use, I save a lot, the staff at the CVS where I go is very friendly and attentive, they are people who love their work and have love and respect for their clients.

I love Target CVS Pharmacy. The staff is excellent and always so helpful. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and how they are always willing to help me. Thank you Target CVS staff!

I love the pharmacy techs. The pharmacist, Dave?, is always rude and condescending. Every question you ask is stupid and he acts like you are wasting his time.

The pharmacist Dave DOES NOT WEAR A MASK. During a pandemic??? Seriously? He’s also one of the rudest pharmacists I’ve ever been to.You can be sure I’m also reporting him to CVS. No pharmacist should be anti-mask while serving customers who could potentially be high risk.

Love the store so much I moved our prescriptions to the pharmacy for extra Target time but the pharmacist is so rude, it’s not worth it. I’m not sure what he’s going through but there’s no excuse to treat customers the way he does.

Always helpful, professional, and responsive to extra needs. I average 3 visits a month, so I see them handle other customers likewise. I really hate having to visit any pharmacy this much, but since I have to, I'm sure glad that this place is here.

Amazing customer sevice. Went in right before lunch and the lady said if i have to i will put off lunch to fill it. You don't get that very often. Way to go!!
