went in two hours before they close and was in there for an hour looking around and it was going good up until i came out of the dressing room and one of the older workers decided to tell me and my mother that only 5 items in the dressing room which is understandable. But then the lady was rushing us and saying we need to get out of the dressing room so she can sanitize it and clean it (which only takes 5 minutes to do) and they closed at 7 and it was only 630. never had problems there before today and im not going back. do not come here.

Holy rude. If a store closes at 7, why close the fitting rooms 20 minutes early? There’s literally only 3 of them, and the average person can try on their 5 allowed items in well under 20 minutes. For the solution to be “well you can buy everything and return what you don’t want tomorrow” seems strange seeing as it’s goodwill and people are generally shopping there for a reason. I tried to ask before the announcement was made over the speaker that they’d be closing in 20 minutes, but the employee walked away before I got a chance to ask.I usually enjoy this goodwill, but not after tonight.

This goodwill has a lot of miscellaneous nice Stuff and nice clean clothes. I find all kinds of good buys. The people who work there are also very nice.

The female staff at this store operate under a double standard. One employee named Angela repeatedly called me honey and dear while I was checking out. If the roles were reversed and I worked there and we’re to call the female customers honey and dear, I would be so fired!

Clean and friendly but all of the prices are going up , I found a jacket new with tags that retails for $35 for $25 on a goodwill rack... stop over pricing just because teenagers and young adults are thrifting now ... goodwill is still a charity and still one of the few resources for people with limited income .

I did not want to give the any stars the lady at the counter cashier number 30715 oh my God I know she was old but you could not tell me you got to be that mean I will never ever go there any more just because of her cashier number 30715 you should never be behind anybody register . God bless your poor soul . And I am not even mad at her I just will be praying for her soul.
