Good employees who are always willing to help you and don't act like you're asking them for a small loan. They'll even escort you to the product you're looking for. Now you can't beat that. Try and get that kind of help at Lowe's or Home Depot. Good luck on that.

Definitely something off with the senior management at this location as other reviews have mentioned you will see the store manager a grown man yelling at underage employees very odd hopefully Menards will handle this soon so it doesn’t continue especially since these are minors

Julia who works in the cabinetry and countertop department was AMAZING.
She helped us use the custom design application on the computer to visualize our kitchen that is currently in the making.
She knew how to navigate the app extremely well and told us what our next steps in the process were !!
She seriously is a rockstar. We want to go back to Menards just to see Julia.

Usually a pretty good visit here, and or ordering if need be. But this last order has been a nightmare. Ordered a bathtub and tub surround on June 21st. They said estimated arrival was July 1st. Not a big deal. Started enquiring on the 7th, (nothing) called again on the 9th nothing. Finally contacted the shipping facility on the 10th of July. (which is in Michigan also) They overlooked the order. And said they would ship it next day. Here it is the 16th and still nothing. Called and was told the 1st was only an estimated date. I understand that, but almost a month since I ordered. Maybe start over estimating your dates. Or have your staff check why things aren't showing up. Had I not called the shipping place myself, who knows how long it would have been overlooked.

Great store, Very Friendly Staff, Reasonably Priced, Quality Products, Great Customer Service! I do like there order online, then pick it up, Convenient and Easy!! Went there today to pickup an item that my employer ordered for my retirement gift. We stopped at the service desk first to see if I could add the extended warranty the person helping really didn't quite know how to do that, mean while they asked Tiffany to help and she ran with it so to speak with a lot of coaxing on the computer system she managed to accomplish what I wanted ... wooohooo!! She told us she would call back and make sure everything was good. We then drove to the pickup spot in the yard to get the item much to my surprise she came out the door with the yard help and helped load the item into our suv. She said she wanted to make sure the order was right since she had to redo the paperwork. Going the extra mile doesn't even come close to what she did for us! Tiffany is truly all about customer service and helping people. She has restored my faith in humanity in this crazy world!! Menards of Muskegon MI should be honored and grateful to have an employee like her!! Thank You Very Much For All Your Help Tiffany!!

I’ve always had a great experience at this Menards until my last couple trips. They usually have everything I need and the prices are great especially after rebate. The last couple of times, the employees at the checkout have not been friendly. This previous time, at the garden center on 6/22/25, I paid for my purchase using cash. The cashier, Victoria, claimed I handed her a $10 instead of the $20 I handed her. It’s an honest mistake but when I let her know, she argued with me that she put $10 on the receipt so it was $10. I told her that may be true that she typed $10 but that’s not what she was handed. She then had to call over 2 other employees and very bluntly let them know “the customer is claiming she handed me a $20 but I know she handed me a $10”. I asked them if they had a camera to look at because it would clear things up quickly. Victoria then let me know that she didn’t have any $10 bills in her drawer before and I was her last customer so that would be proof if she had a $10 bills in her drawer. I agreed but she could have easily been lying. Once the drawer was open, my $20 bill was in her $10 slot, she almost made a comment before realizing it was a 10 and she made a mistake. She then handed me my change and no one apologized or said a word to me. I told them to have a great day. It’s not easy for me to be confrontational with someone and I don’t like being accused of something I didn’t do especially when that’s not my character. At the very least, she should have apologized, maybe I should have asked for one. But as a lady who looked like she was in her 50/60’s I would expect her to know how to provide proper customer service.

Stopped in to ask about a fix for a plumbing issue. Nick was a fantastic help. Between the two of us, we found a plausible solution that I'm about to employ. I was skeptical going in and - thanks to Nick - left much more confident.
