My garbage person is wonderful and caring he always waves and beeps the horn when my 2yr old grandson and 1yr old granddaughter are looking out the window. But... there's always a but I called yesterday between 3 and 4 the first two I spoke to were great...then they transferred me to a gal from hell I wanted to change the name on my account for billing they wanted to charge me $50 and then an added $7 added to my existing bill every month. Well we will be getting a new service as soon as ours is up...what a shame..we have probably been customers for thirty years.

DON"T WORK HERE OR APPLY AT ANY OF THEIR BRACHES!!! The management will make you feel so bad about yourself that you will want to quit immediately and commit suicide!! Felt picked on because I was different and had unrealistic expectations for the improper and incorrect equipment they had for the job I was assigned!! Got humiliated in front of the other workers there and made me feel horrible about myself and blame you when equipment is defective or has issues!! I really want people to read this and not apply here you will regret it!! Apply else where!! You guys are losers for treating younger people like myself differently!! It's also not okay to intimidate younger people with force and harrassment. Once again don't work here they will put your physical and mental wellbeing at risk.Edit: I still stand on this statement. Be safe and stay far away from this place.

I paid two $35 fees to have my couch and loveseat picked up. They came out, never notified me that they were coming, didn’t take them because they had snow on them. I called and said yeah, they can come get them but I would have to pay the $70 again. OUTRAGEOUS. Money-grubbing corporate behavior. Go somewhere else for your trash service.

It you never pick up our second can a this happens every December I paid for the second one and you guys for some reason always don't pick it up at the end of the end of December even though the guy down the street took our can he has two cans do you guys pick up but you don't pick ours up

Zero stars if it was possible. I paid for a year in advance, and with "rate increases" I received a bill six months later. In addition, they charged me $50 just to change service from my deceased father's name into my own. Horrible company, with horrid customer service.

I called to get trash service and they never came to pick up my trash at all and decided to charge me $91 for service when there competitor is half that price this has happened to me twice I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, terrible service if you can get service at all!

Unfortunately a snowplow hit my garbage cans last week, and they were called right away about it. Not only did they not listen when they were told both were destroyed, but they also tried putting us down for an exchange with a fee. Once they finally got that they were unusable, they decided to charge us even more to replace them. We were told they would come out whenever convenient to pick up the trash that was still left since none were picked up that day, and now it's a whole week later of trash piled by the road with another week's worth of trash and it is still not picked up. Today is normal trash day and they skipped right past my house saying they'll be by later to grab it and drop off new cans. It really just makes your company look horrible leaving broken cans out by a road with YOUR name on it.

I called to have some extra bags of trash that wouldn't fit into my bin added to my pickup. They charged me $5 per bag, and they even threw in a a bin toss! Lucky day I guess. Not sure why the driver felt the need to throw my bin 10 feet away from where it was, but hopefully they didn't damage it. I know it takes a lot to throw a heavy bin that far. All other republic cans on NY street are still standing nicely. I'm sorry I paid your company an extra $25 forcing you to get out of your truck for that extra minute. I know those bags were super light too. I will be canceling my service with republic asap and switch to SWS.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Worst company I have ever worked. I signed up for their service almost a year ago with a payment of 36 per month. I have been charged nearly $100 per month for the last 6 months. They have constantly missed out home, and then I have to go onto the website and schedule a missed pickup which causes them to tack on an additional 30 plus dollars per time! I have contact support multiple times and I always have the same rude woman who answers the phone. I will be searching and changing my carrier ASAP!

RUN!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR REPUBLIC SERVICES!!!!!!!!! Terms of service are a complete scam!! BS charges, very long wait time on hold. Very poor service. Will never use again, will never recommend!!! Would rate zero stars if I could.

They failed to pick up our trash at our Spring Lake location for over 2 months. When we called for emergency pick ups, it took almost a month to have someone come do a pick up. When we tried to cancel our service, they gave us the complete runaround. Not professional, or responsive to customers.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Our road has construction on it (you can still drive on it) and they just left our garbage cans for over 2 weeks! No notice, no information, then my neighbor says to put the cans on a side street, well here they still sit full 3 weeks later and I have nowhere to put my garbage!!!! LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! I applied for a job and got the run around for almost two weeks. Just to be told they couldn't hire me because they were filled on all positions. Probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life. I don't understand how nobody couldn't have called, or emailed me that from the beginning?? Like hey we're all filled up but if you wanna do this phone interview, 3 in person interviews, and a ride along for no reason. Because I would've said no. At least let people know that before going thru all that stuff. That there isn't going to be any openings. Why would I waste almost 2 weeks waiting for them to tell me they're filled up. On another note. Huge shout-out to Deontae from the talent acquisition team. He was such a tremendous help and his communication was outstanding. That man deserves a raise!!
