Our rating is for one of the workers helping in the self checkout area. We were having problems finding the grill on sale and he not only took us to it, he got a large cart, loaded it and helped us to the front. Thank you Josh, it's not often you find such great service nowadays.

Super friendly staff. Everything was easy to find. Muskegon is my home away from home so I'll be here frequently.

I love shopping at Sam’s. I go there just for fun sometimes. However, I got sucked in by the AT&T rep who promised things that AT&T was unable to deliver. He put me in a situation where, no matter what I did, I was going to lose money. He blatantly LIED. Gave me his “personal cell number” in case I needed anything. He never replied to my texts or calls. I went directly to an AT&T retail store to have my issues taken care of, and the woman there told me they often have trouble with the Sam’s club sales people and they always lie. Just avoid them. Or tell them off. They come from out of state and will never be there again for you to confront them. By the way, his name was Daniel Barrios. I filed a complaint against him with AT&T

Prices were good without insurance, the eye doctor is very kind and informative I would highly recommend going here for your eye care needs.

They have this little area in front of the store that I guess could be considered a cafeteria. The food is more of the fast-food variety, hot dogs, pizza, pretzel, bag of chips, fountain drinks, etc. While I've never gone to Sam's Club, just to eat, I do go to the dining area after, or before I start shopping. The limited menu is very inexpensive. You get a (HUGE) hot dog special....a dog and a pop for about $1.50. But today, I opted for the pizza special....large slice and pop for about $2. I chose the supreme pizza, but they have other varieties. Service good, pizza served hot and greasy.Nice little unhealthy meal within anyone's budget.

The less than stellar management has shorten the gas hose's at the pumps. So half the pumps are use only 30% of the time. They did this because they are so busy. So now I'm guessing they are wondering why the line are twice as long at the pumps the other cars. I'm can see why not everybody can be astronauts.

There is only a five cent discount for fuel. The wood here isn't that good, thin kindling. The lines to checkout were horrendously long! Luckily, I used scan and go to pay for some stuff.

I get there around 930am and start shopping, place isn't too crowded then, but you're constantly dodging the floor cleaning zamboni. I got my stuff, went to pay, but the cashier would not let me check-out.I was not allowed to purchase my goods until after 10am.....UNLESS I upgrade my membership for $28!Not gonna happen.I walked out, let the employees put back my groceries.

We loved our visit at SamOptical! The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and professional. They were able to answer all our questions and were knowledgeable about how we could get part of our purchase reimbursed by our insurance. I’ve been disappointed by visits to other eye doctors and offices, so being treated so well at Sams was such a relief!

I was very disappointed with the service I received at the Sams Club in Muskegon.I was a third party shopper an decided to buy a membership for my Wife an Household.I was taught you never have a second chance to make a first impression. With this in mind I coke in after a long day of work an we go straight to Sams Club in Muskegon.Im not sure if hard worker came iff as homeless or what but day one I received no service at all in the jewelry department.Day 2 yes We came back my daughter my wife and myself. After being made wait around 30 mins a sales associate we will call Mik comes to the department with the nastiest attitude I have ever experienced from a cashier. She reaches in an knocks over a jewelry display an starts to fuss us/me out because she hastily snatched the chain display up.She took her time walking to the jewelry department probably thinking I was a window shopper wasting her time just looking. An now I'm watching her take her sweet slow time to fix her display before handing me the jewelry I patiently an politely asked for.Its only so much I can act like I don't understand.Im sure there were undertones of something else I just would ever speak on what I truly think it was.I ask her again to see the Franko chain. She hands it to me then out of no where kinda grabs it from me while sayin. You can't try it on.I always thought Gold was an antibacterial metal. So before loosing my cool this was my final straw I left without buying what I wanted because of the sales associates behavior. After some thought I asked my wife would she go back an deal with the associate because I didn't feel wanted in this Sams Club nor was my business appreciated altho it wasn't a small purchase.Keep in mind this chains total price was $528.94$ and Im a first time member. This purchase should of made me a preferred customer.I dealt with a lot of weird vibes to make this purchase.I thought the service was questionable an confirmed my theory when We went to the Sams Club in Comstock Park, Mi. Very friendly staff greeted us while in the process of disinfecting the carts an complementing my wife's hair color(Kudos to her).I ask for help in jewelry. The sales associate who helped me did her job.She never told me I couldn't try on the chain I never asked. This is where I witnessed my business being appreciated. My gold chain was wrapped in cool paper placed in a neat box. I was provided a jewelry cloth baggie to put it in when its in the box or in storage. The packaging an presentation was over the top. I felt like my purchase was special. This purchase came to $401.74$. I really feel unappreciated an short changed after taking a minute to step back and look at it from outside the box.I think that the higher up management needs to know about how Mik treated me. I almost let her change my mind about a purchase I definitely was going to make.I also feel like Im owed a cloth jewelry bag for my first purchase.I would recommend someone do something about her.

I shop this store regularly and never have had an issue. Now that the governor is requiring anyone inside a store to be wearing a mask and keep a social distance, I find it's business as usual and these safety requirements are not being followed. I would guess at least about 1/3 of shoppers had no mask. Another couple had them over their mouth, but not their nose. Couples were chatting with an associate blocking the aisles. If Businesses can require or refuse customers for wearing/not wearing a mask, this should be enforced. Otherwise I'll be forced to avoid this place for a while, and we spend $300+ per month. I guess we can do without plenty of the extra goodies we're used to buying. Sams, get it together...MASKS!!
