Only complaint was the timing. First told it would be 8:30 -5pm. Then the day of narrowed down to 1pm. Then time got pushed back to 3:30pm until repairman arrived.Service: Dishwasher repair

Caution do not buy this service. It is terrible. Basically there is no service. The first call we waited 33 days for the service rep to come and fix our refrig (Kenmore). He came worked on it. Stated by tomorrow the refrig, would be working. Tomorrow came refrig not working. I called the second time, explained refrig not working. The first available appointment was 50 days in the future. In total we have been without a working refrig for 83 days. If we had been informed that we would have to wait over 2 months, almost 3, to have our refrig fixed we never would have purchased the contract. In addition I don't have the space to talk about the terrible telephone system and lack of knowledgeable telephone agents. In one call I was transferred 9 times. I just gave up which was their goal. If you are smart you will stay away from this service.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

My Tech was good,once he got here. We had to have the pump replaced. 2 days after the repair,which is what he said to wait,the washer sprung a major leak. I called the number for service,I was transferred 9 times only to be told that the earliest someone would come is 3 days out. I will not ever use this company again. It should take nine transfers to address an issue. I asked for a supervisor to call me back,they said they would call by the end of the day didn't happen.Service: Washing machine repair

Thomas was my repairman for my broken microwave. He is so nice. He went overboard to allow me to clean the appliance before he remounted it. It was a bear to take this built in out to repair the sensor on the reheat cycle. He spent time making sure everything was great I am thrilled to have had him here. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is so patient and kind. I have also had great work done by both Stacey and Scott. This company has very nice, kind and professional people. They have all been wonderful. I am so pleased that we have been lucky enough to have these great employees here. Will always use this company.Service: Microwave repair

Easy to schedule. Called before coming. 10 year veteran knew what he is doing. Liked his diagnostic process. Had needed parts in his truck. Ice maker is fixed. Very confident repair man. Price was reasonable. Therefore I am a satisfied customer. Will use them again.Service: Refrigerator repair

Service tech was in contact about when he would arrive so I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting. He was very professional and carefully explained my options. He fixed my washer and and was on his way in no time.Service: Washing machine repair

The scheduled maintenance was not performed to my expectations. The previous maintenance person checked more than just turned on the burners and the oven. The drawer was never removed to check underneath and some of the burners do not have a blue gas flame coming out of some holes. Besides that he forged two initials and turned it in as a signature by my husband or myself. Neither one of us was shown anything to sign. What was at the top of that page? Did it ask if he performed satisfactorily? I am still waiting for a call from Sears regarding the complaint I registered right after reading the email showing me the so called receipt with the initials/signature. Absolutely unsatisfied.

We had the kindest man come to our home to diagnose our treadmill issue. He followed every lead and did all that he could for us. In the end, Sears didn’t have the part that we needed so he couldn’t fix it, but he got the model information for me and showed me how to change out the part that needed fixing. We got the new part from Amazon and just installed it ourselves, and our treadmill is up and running again!

The Sears service person was so helpful taking the time to show us what went wrong with our refrigerator. We weren't charged a fortune and now our refrigerator is back in top working order.

We are very dissatisfied with Sears Appliance Repair Service. Every request for service over the past several years has been fraught with lengthy delays. The most recent request for service required approximately 10 days from the date of request to initial visit. At that point, the service tech ordered parts and scheduled a return visit in two weeks. A package arrived within that window. Unfortunately, when the tech arrived, he discovered some of the parts were back ordered. Two weeks later, the back ordered parts had still not arrived. At that point, we had been waiting over five weeks for service.
