In store 6-29-24 at 245 pm and was trying to use my earned fuel rewards from family Fare. I was treated rude and like I was trying to scam them
Because they weren't trained on how to use them All in one transaction. All in total I should have gotten 60 cents per gallon off. I left and got fuel at Meijer where they honor there reward program.
Currently calling corporate for Speedway and Family fair on principle for how I was treated.

I was the only customer in the store at the time. The cashier and some other weird guy were walking around putting things in bags for door dash I assume, but they were yelling at each other acting weird. When he finally came to the counter about 2 minutes later he was still yelling to the other guy. I politely told him you shouldn’t act like that when you have customers in the store, you’re going to scare them away, he said I’m just doing my job, I said but you’re not, I’m here right now waiting to pay. He literally slammed his head 2 or 3 times on the counter! Check your cameras if you have them. It was about 10 minutes ago, 12:15am on 7/1/2023. I live 2 minutes away from this location, and I rarely go there unless the corner store, gas station is closed because every time I do it’s a weird experience!

They just need better card readers / equipment and maybe not someone behind the counter who says " you just don't have enough in your account " when I have about 1,000$ in that account and their tech is clearly just not reading the card. So yeah thanks for trying to embarass me but I won't be back never have these types of issues at Wesco.

Very impatient and disrespectful employee. Manager was being told what to do by her and said nothing when she was extremely rude to two customers. Go to wesco!!
