Not sure why there is so much hate for this Target location. Target is one of the only stores I've been to since the pandemic started because they have EVERYTHING! I've just given in and decided to become a Target fashion model because I'm wearing way too much of their clothes, hair products, and make-up. Great drive-up pick-up at this location. My order comes out FAST and is always accurate. The store is clean and well stocked. No complaints other than the bathroom is often closed for some reason and the Starbucks inside seems to have weird hours. But I can live with that in exchange for getting all my Target goodness on.

The Cashiers are very nice but the floor team sucks. Got a rude woman when I asked for a flatbed for some furniture, told me I could've just got a cart with an attitude. If that was the case, execute your suggestion better, maybe not with sass. What happened to customer service?

This is unfair because the store itself was very good at taking a return. I order a lighted Christmas wall painting (winter truck LED Canvas Wall decor). It was shipped to the house and packed very poorly. And the person at the store said the people who packed it probably didn't know it had lighting. The few of lights had fallen to the bottom and I would have to disassemble it to attempt to repair it. We returned it and again the counter person at Target was very good. So again I called to try and get another. On hold for more than 20 minutes and when I did speak to someone and explain that it should be pack better. Poor understanding of english and I just felt I was wasting my time. I did order another and confidence is very low this will come any other way. Of course when Target complains that online ordering is killing them. It is truly is their own problem.
